The young man I was dealing with was very professional and did all he could do from his office, However in his report he claimed the problem is resolved, afraid not, I am using my phone to connect and send this reply. As I have mentioned many times in the past there has to be at least one piece of equipment that is in need of replacement, it seems to cool down and connect then after only a couple minuets it fails again, this has been a problem since I got here 6 months ago and has slowly gotten worse with time, I have traveled all over the country and other than campsites that tell you the internet is patchy due to surrounding mountain's or such this has to be really close to the worst service I have ever experienced

Worst Customer service from Eric if you get him hang up. Vincent goes above and beyond to try and help and fix problems. Curtis is also pretty good. I've dealt with all three and when service works it's good but only 50 percent of time

Absolutely horrible internet and customer service. The internet has been down over 10 days. Every time I called, they were “working on it with no ETA”. Asked them to call me back when it came online and they failed to make that call. Called today and asked for a manager to give me a call back and never got one. I see on Facebook posts twice a week for my neighbors asking who to use for internet. I will actively post to stay away from Tengo Internet.

I have lived in my rv park for over 8 years and in those years the wifi has always been a problem! If the wind blows too hard it's out. There is always an issue and I am so tired of it!

Tengointernet is a great, reliable Internet service. The initial connection had some technical issues, but their support person "AJ" listened carefully, spoke clearly and addressed all my issues perfectly. These internet config issues are quite tedious and boring but AJ patiently stepped me through all of it. Thank you!

Last call to them I was told the internet is fine in my park? The email before that says there is an open ticket to repair the internet !!So…….someone is blowing smoke up my a… the internet in superstition sunrise sucks!!! I have full bars and can’t get on…just asking for the truth…. If this is too hard then likely will be the last time I try Tengointernet and I certainly won’t recommend it!!! First and foremost, the Internet service is garbage and I say that loosely, however, the guy on the phone that tried to help me did what he could I believe so again this is no way shape or form the grade in his performance because he did an excellent job. Now with that being said, I called three or four different times and each time they reset some towel as close to me and I have the same poor service so maybe when I call the next time, I'm gonna ask them to actually check a different tower that's a little bit of ways away from me because the one that's right across the street is doing nothing and I do mean nothing. I have intermittent break ups I have where I'm getting 5 MB and I'm paying for 20 MB, I have times where it just all of a sudden cut off for no reason at all and then it comes back online again seriously the worst garbage service I ever had and unfortunately in the area that I am in I can't get no Cox or spectrum which I never had any problems with those service so unfortunately again, I have to suffer it out. I really do wish they had some good Internet plus this day and age 20 MB barely even turn your computer on, they need to update that to at least 40 MB I seriously don't get it sorry for ranting, but I guess the truth hurts and it bothers me every time I have to call in for the service.

Tengointernet has always provided us with spectacular service. They know if we have an issue before we do, and are quick to help troubleshoot and if necessary provide the replacement equipment overnight. Great company.
