I turned my vehicle in for body work on July 31, 2023. It is now December 27, 2023. It has been in a Tesla approved body shop since then waiting on parts to be delivered. Here's the reason you should pay attention to.. I live in AUSTIN, TX the GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS for Tesla and there is a 10 million square foot Gigafactory located here. I have been paying $800+/month for my vehicle which is being repaired at a Tesla authorized body shop that is adjacent to the leasing returns center on Pond Springs Road in Austin. I have saved all my communication between the body shop and Tesla am still waiting on a SINGLE PART. I will never ever ever ever buy or recommend a Tesla vehicle to anyone or procure another for myself. Look to the traditional manufacturers, as rapid chargers for all vehicles are being rolled out nationwide. I know people complain when something goes wrong, but I have given them ample time to do right and keep getting the run around after five months of paying them to not have a car. It's crazy fun to drive and I appreciate how they jump started the EV revolution, but the customer service is not worth it when you're paying for two cars at once and the lease return team constantly harasses you for not turning in your vehicle because Tesla can't deliver a part to finalize an insurance claim repair. Terrible customer service at a minimum and gross negligence at most. Spend your money elsewhere.

I drove my model 3 for 5 months and sold it at loss so I can buy the model X. They said that I buy cars to resell and took my $500 deposit even though I have proof that I sold it at loss. They're straight up rip off company.

Tesla has changed our lives in every way! Electric vehicle, full self driving, exponential growth of investment in Tesla shares. All in all a beautiful increase in standard of living. Thanks to Tesla and Elon.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Tesla Schlieren service station in Switzerland. As a loyal Tesla customer for over 3 years, I have always trusted Tesla's exceptional customer service and quality products. However, during my recent visit to the Schlieren service center on March 27th, 2023, I discovered a large scratch on my car's left side near the headlight when I went to pick it up the next day.Immediately upon noticing the damage, I approached the Tesla staff to report the damage. However, to my dismay, Tesla staff denied any responsibility for the damage, by simply excusing that the staff has parked the car outside after the repair and someone else might have damaged it in the meantime in broad daylight in front of the Tesla Service center. Even though I am not convinced with the excuse itself, I believe that it is not my responsibility to investigate how/where/why this damage had happened. I expect Tesla to take more responsibility for this damage and at the very least repair the car to it's original state in which it was brought in to the service center. This is a very basic expectation from me as a customer that Tesla can handover the serviced vehicles back to their customers in a better shape than they were brought in.I understand that accidents happen, but what is most concerning is that the Tesla staff denied any responsibility for the damage and provided a non-satisfactory excuse. I believe that this situation could have been handled in a more empathetic manner, and I hope that Tesla can take ownership of this issue and help remedy the situation for me.The customer service that Tesla prides itself in, I would have expected that Tesla staff prompty help remedy the situation for the customer and makes for a pleasant experience in this unfortunate circumstance. But what makes it even worse is that the Tesla stuff did not take any responsibility for the damage itself and denied any co-operation to help rememdy the situation. In my opinion, this is not acceptable to return a damaged car back to the customer and deny any responsibility to it, by providing a non-satisfactory excuse back to the customer. This damages my trust that I place in Tesla as a company and it's products, and sets a very bad example for any future potential customers in my network.I am also attaching with this request a protocol that I have received from the Tesla staff, stating that the car has been received by the staff without any damages and validating all the claims that I have made in this request. As a Tesla customer, I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and help me repair my car to it's original condition. This has already caused me enough incovenience, frustration and I expect my car to be repaired to it's original condition and be compensated for the inconvenience and frustration that this whole incident has caused meincident has caused me.
