Billy and his crews did a great job on a home remodeling (floors, cabinets, painting, and minor plumbing). He was a great communicator, responsive, and followed through. I would highly recommend him!!!

I will start by saying overall I am very satisfied with the end result of my flooring, it looks beautiful. The installers were kind and hardworking, they completed the job in less than 2.5 days for around 1000sf.
Upon completion, I noticed there was quite a bit of damage to my existing baseboards. I reached out to Billy to ask if there was anything that could be done to remedy this as I was not aware there would be such significant damage. He then attempted to gaslight me into believing that he had verbally disclosed in our estimate walk though that there would be damage caused to my existing baseboards, which is not at all what I recall. You can see this our text exchange in the photos attached to this review.
Ultimately we settled with him offering a small amount off of my remaining balance which I do appreciate.

Billy and his team were 5 stars all around. Very communicate on every step. Projects were completed ahead of schedule with a tight project window. I wish all vendors on my projects moved as quickly as this team did. Quality did not suffer at all, great work all around! Will use again and recommend to others.

Billy and his team did a wonderful remodel job in my master bathroom. Luis, his tile guy, does impeccable work. Billy quickly responded when I called or texted him with questions (or changes). He was very patient and informative. I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I did almost a full remodel to our house. We gave Billy the time frame and he delivered every step of the way. Any concerns or extra things we wanted were always addressed in a timely manner. Billy would act with urgency, and the work that was done with painting, new floors, and demo were all very professional. Billy puts his customers first and lives up to his word on meeting deadlines, and doing what he says he’s going to do. Highly recommend

Tx Flooring Pros recently completed their second wood flooring project for me in three years. We were challenged to find just the right product to stay within budget and coordinate with existing stained trim. After we passed on initial options, Billy later found an alternative which worked well. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Pricing was very competitive with no surprises. The crew was very professional and cared about the details. We are very pleased with the outcome and that we have new flooring just in time for Christmas guests.

Took 3 days to install 800 sq ft. Left the stairs uncaulked and some of the baseboard damaged. When asked the said caulking is not included in the quote and is in the fine print. Might be cheap but you get what you pay for. Quoted 2000 to repair about 50sqft of wooden flooring which is outrageous. Someone else had quoted close to 300 for this same exact repair but I went with these people since they were able to come in earlier. Wouldn't recommend. I have seen much better installers.Service: Install flooring

I would take "professionals" out of the name of this business. They had terrible communication and started work on the job a day early without any prior communication. They left our house unlocked and the front door wide open, demo debris in the front yard, used the toilets in the house without the water turned on yet. They "finished" the job without putting back appliances or reinstalling laundry doors that they claimed they never took down. Just appallingly unprofessional.Service: Laminate floor installation

(Work completed in August 2022 in Austin, Texas near Slaughter and Manchaca) You really get what you pay for. Tx Flooring Pros was terrible at responding to messages, hired a subcontractor who didn't know anything about the job before showing up, and estimated to take 3 days but ended up taking 5. Then they have the nerve to call me the next day asking why I haven't paid yet when I couldn't even get hold of someone to ask questions before starting the project. They asked me to buy the wood and glue before starting (so they'd just do the install) but wouldn't respond to "this is what I bought, can you confirm it's the right stuff?" The whole experience was incredibly frustrating. Go with someone else and pay a bit more. The sub-contractor did a great job, was very polite, and did a great job with the tile removal and wood installation. I did have to ask him to come back to fix a few places where the wood wasn't close enough to the wall for the baseboards to cover it. See pics for how hard it was to get info from the owner on when specifically the sub-contractor would come back. But once the sub-contractor showed up, he fixed everything super quickly.

We had the worst service provided by this team out of any hired workers to date. We flip homes for a living and have yet to come across this level of unprofessionalism. First, the team they sent made an absolute mess. I mean, every inch of my floors and ALL of the walls in the house were covered in floor adhesive until about 3 feet up the walls. To their credit, they sent a team of better workers to clean up the mess (which took one full day of work) and they tore up half the flooring laid. They had to buy more boxes of our flooring to be able to do the job. Once the team was done doing a *satisfactory* job, we needed the baseboards finished (they left many un-caulked) and the flooring to be fixed in some areas where it wasn't well installed. The owner proceeded to slowly ghost me at that point, as they had already received final payment. All in all, they made us spend more time, more money and most importantly - hours of my time scraping adhesive off of all my walls that I simply can never get back.Service: Install flooring
