These folks support the WEF and will close your account with no notice and steal your hard earned money! I had a business account opened( Knife Sharpest on Burnet rd) there since they opened, or pretty close to, and they closed it with no notice and no legitimate reason. My business feeds my family and have been forced to shut down temporarily while I fight these crooks for my money! DO NOT GIVE THESE FOLKS YOU MONEY!!!!

PURE GARBAGE COMPANY. My card was turned off for "fraud" when my monthly subscription/auto pays were sent in. I now have $70 of additional "late/missing" payments because I was only notified once and other transitions were declined. Staff passed it off and told me if I had their APP I would have know about the other declined charges. Company sucks. ZERO starts.

If only I was allowed to give negative stars! This credit union is AWFUL!! I would highly recommend not banking here! There is NO 24 hour fraud protection (learned that tonight when I noticed a fraud charge) and was told too bad so sad at the drive thru window! You are a bank that CLOSES before most people get out of work and yet you don't want to provide your customers with a 24 hour fraud service NICE! I will be reporting this to BBB as well as this is not safe. You are asking people to trust you with their MONEY the very thing they need to survive in this over inflated world BUT you don't want to offer them any protection! I guess it kind of like in the late 1800's early 1900's bank with us if ya got the guts and like to take chances. This is AWFUL I have never had a worst experience with a credit union or a bank. I will be closing my account first thing in the morning! Another fun fact....they can't be found on BBB website......weird!

I've been a member of THCU (Texas Health Credit Union) for about 5 years and the staff are always helpful. From the teller to the executive team members. I'll like to give a shout out to Cody who is fabulous and he always provides amazing customer service. I am willing to drive into branch but I can't wait until there is more branches openings throughout the Austin area and surrounding areas too.

This credit union is incredible. Helped me get a 3.25% interest rate on my new car purchase as a first time buyer. Definitely try this credit union out!

I've been a member since 1981. The credit union is small and personal which is perfect for me. All my business transactions are handled at the credit union. Over the years, I have developed many professional relationships with Tammy, Karen, Josh, Jessica, Shira, Jose, and Doyle; who are awesome! I can always count on Texas Health Credit Union for any personal issues. Thanks for making my life a little easier!

I have been a member of THCU for over 10 years and they have ALWAYS treated me so well. From reception to executive, they are all the nicest and most helpful people. I want to give special acknowledgement to Jessica Elizalde and Josh Beane who have been pivotal in helping me to maintain my financial well being and I cannot thank them enough for all that they have done for me. It is horrible experience. I have the account with this bank for more than 20 years and walk to their bank pretty much every weekday to deposit my checks. Today they told me I should not to looked into their employee's cars when I walk around their bank because they can see it from the camera. I even don't recall I have done that because most of time I am on the phone with my mom while walking there. I might look around the cars on the street while walking and chatting because we are interested in purchase another new cars soon. So when I talk to their supervisor, he said they need to concern about their security . This is the most ridiculous and humiliated thing I have ever heard. This is how they treat their loyal customer for more than 20 years. Their employee are usually indifferent anyway. Most of times the cashiers do their own stuffs or chatting among themselves that I need to ring the bell to get the services. This is the worst bank experience I have ever encountered. I won't put any money in their bank. I am so disappointed after being more than 20 years customers with them. They really should pay more attention in training their employee how to treat and talk to customers instead of watching their cars (maybe you should put a sign to tell customers NOT allow to watch their employee's cars, you only allow to walk directly to their bank without seeing any cars around, it is criminal.)
