UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES BEWARE. Beware, they take money out of your debit card in their system without your consent or permission.I went for a visit on Feb 5th, 2024 for Muscle Pain. The Co-pay was $50.00 as I had insurance. I paid using my Debit Card which was entered into their Computer system.A month later I noticed there was a charge of $150.00 in my Credit Union statement. Apparently this office or organization have decided to take the money out of my Bank account without any permission nor consent. This is tantamount to stealing.I am making a formal inquiry with my Bank on this transaction that took place without my knowlegde. And to add insult to injury, they send me a bill stating I owe them $18.xx.I would pay cash and not give them debit or credit card information. They cannot be trusted. Period.

I am from out of state, and they took me as their last patient and were efficient and very kind. Called in a prescription to a 24hr pharmacy. Whole ordeal was under 2 hours from time entering clinic to getting back to my hotel. Very grateful they were able to help during my emergency!

My recent visits to Texas Medclinic left much to be desired. Despite being promised a one-hour wait, I ended up waiting for two hours even with the pre checking. Additionally, the clinic offered limited exams and treatments, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I really don’t recommed this place those seeking comprehensive medical care. They should have more doctors available.

I visited the Texas MedClinic Urgent Care yesterday evening due to significant cut on my forehead, which was bleeding profusely. The attending physician cleaned the wound and, upon examination, opted to apply a band-aide instead of stitches, assuring me that the bleeding would stop. However, the bleeding has not ceased, and the band-aid provided doesn’t adequately cover the cut!!

Thanks to Dr.Fusalot and Dr,Thoresome; hope your transfers went well. I thank myself for the 1-2 hour wait times. Thanks to the internal physical therapy sessions who were pretty much the door handlers and on point with their professions as well. And thanks to the front desk support, I like my handwriting too. Liberty Mutual was a great help from as far as I can see which is not that far past the large bank sign. To the two new rotating doctors, I have to say it really is a pain dealing with de quervain tynosynthesis as my four fingers do need that extra support and care, but I thank you for tending to it on your time.

I want to share my experience with any reader. It was very good experience people there was all of them professional and helpful from the front desk to the nurse to the guy who made the diagnostic to me . They answered all my questions and I felt happy when I got the results and I compare the results with other doctors the said the same conclusion. Also the price was very ver reasonable and incomparable to ER last time at the ER I got a bill for $9909 just ER fees for 2 hours waiting. And at Texas MedClinic I paid $225 for diagnostic. Highly recommend for people who doesn’t have an insurance.Thank you all.
