I am very impressed with their customer service. I needed a camera and a lens that was out of stock at the larger stores that I normally purchase from. I checked at their website and noticed it was in stock and gave them cal to verify. They told me they were out of stock as well. Leroy took my name and number and called me back the next day and said that they had one left. That made my day! I’m used to bigger companies not calling me back and I expected the same here but I was wrong. I received a couple more emails from Leroy about my purchase along with tracking number and 2 days later I have my new camera and lens. I will now be doing all my photography and video purchases with this company. Texas Media Systems and Leroy Thank you so much.Your kind service is a Blessing!

Amazing! Great customer support and selection of equipment. Went in to check out some issues with a lens of mine and, even though they don't offer referbishings, Texas Media Systems was awesome! They took a quick look at my camera and gave some great advice on how to help. Very kind and great people!

I've known of Texas Media Systems for a while now, as a former employee for a Broadcast company, they'd always help us find what we needed for rentals for our signature events.Now, as a small business, we have purchased some equipment and they're knowledgeable and make recommendations that help the customer. We'll continue to make our go-to Media store.

The absolute best of the best. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They’re knowledgeable and super friendly. I’ve had an issue with a Blackmagic Camera and when BMD wanted to charge me for repairs on something that was broken out of factory, TMS invited me in, took a look and replaced it free of charge.Leroy is a legend, I’ve been giving my business to Texas Media Systems for years now and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Truly a great business.

The camera I was looking for was sold out everywhere, but TMS showed them in stock. I contacted them and Terry was fantastic to work with. They seem like a shop that cares about making and keeping their customers. They shipped it out that same day and I had it 2 days later. I'm a semi-pro sports photographer, and over the years have worked with many different dealers of photography gear. However, these days I will never use anyone other than Texas Media Systems. I have ordered both a camera and a lens, and both experiences were very professional and quick! I have only made 2 purchases (Sony FX3 and most recent Canon RF 24-70mm Lens) with them and each time they treat me as I am the most valued costumer! It does not matter the time or questions, they are there to explain anything I need answers to. Being located in San Diego CA. my order is processed with care and speed. Also, the prices are fair to market value prices. No price hikes, even with all these shortages of chips, parts or whatever the supply chain excuse is. By far the best costumer service with ANY company I have ever worked with. I would suggest calling them if uncertain or need answers because they will point you in the right direction without selling to you. They want what is best for you and not them, that is something I can appreciate. Thank you, Richie A costumer for life

Very happy with this company! I originally ordered the Canon R5 + accessories from Canon USA, but when it had been a month and they couldn't tell me when they were expected to ship (and B&H was no better). I turned to Reddit and found a spreadsheet listing all the places people had ordered their R5's and could update the list to report when they actually got them. Many people were canceling their orders with the bigger companies and ordering from TMS, so that's what I did!
My camera and accessories arrived within days (before they were even expected to be here) and I'm very pleased to have found this company and supported a smaller size business, especially in 2020.
