Dr. Loeb performed a miracle on my son’s elbow—completely healed his OCD, full range of motion—enabled him to begin his military service on time. We couldn’t be more happy or thankful at his willingness and skill to consider and implement a solution!

I met Dr. Laverty for the first time 12/19/23. I couldn’t have been happier with his kindness, compassion, professionalism and thorough understanding of my diagnosis. He and his staff made me feel I was in the best hands. They listened and took steps to get me to a better place in my healing process.

The doctor had a very nice bed-side manner, was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well to my mother. He heard our concerns. We would recommend this family of doctors to any and all of our family and friends.

My review of this place is complicated. My husband recently had surgery on his knee and is currently undergoing physical therapy at the south location. The good news is the surgery was a success. The doctor was very helpful and comprehensive in his approach. He made sure my husbands needs were met. The physical therapists are amazing, and he should be able to walk again within the next week!***Now, why would I rate this place 1 star if it's going so well?Well, this office is utterly incompetent when it comes to insurance and billing. Example, the doctor's assistant admitted to waiting until the DAY OF THE SURGERY to contact our insurance to see if the SURGERY was even ~covered~. --Outrageous!--That same office still has not billed our insurance and for the procedure, even when I called and asked them to do so, the assistant even when as far as telling me that I "shouldn't feel scared" all of these procedures might not be covered.Excuse me?! I don't have thousands of dollars to drop on a procedure while you sit and refuse to contact our insurance to get it covered. So, Texas Orthopedics has great doctors and medical staff, just be prepared for surprise bills and misunderstanding your insurance policy caused by their very sluggish, condescending financial staff.

Dr. Walker & the entire staff at TX ortho are amazing! Dr. Walker repaired my ACL & meniscus back in May (6 months ago) & I'm well on my way to a full recovery. Throughout the entire process, he has been great at answering all my questions & gave me confidence in the plan we made. Before surgery, I met with several orthopedists in Austin & am grateful that I went with him & his team. Also the surgery was by far the best surgical experience I've ever had. Everyone I worked with on his team did an excellent job of making me feel positive & hopeful throughout. I normally am very anxious about the Dr & needles but their kindness & patience really went a long way for me.The pics show a few weeks post op & another months after that. At this point the scares are hard to see. He's a great surgeon!

Dr. Foster is amazing and a master of his craft. I was in extreme pain for over 2 1/2 years with my dominant wrist and hand.. went to two other orthopedic dr’s before i was referred to Dr. Foster. I had multiple steroid injections and therapy and dry needling and none of it had helped really and some kept saying arthritis when i knew it wasn’t bc i had an mri. My first appointment Dr Foster came in and felt on my hand and the places that hurt. He then went and looked at my MRI and i gave him my X-ray. He invited me to look at both with him and proceeded to show and explain what the problem was within a couple of minutes and reassured me it in fact was not arthritis. I even saw the problems with it when he pointed it out and said what they were. It took him about probably less than 10 minutes after i got to his office and within about 2 minutes maybe of looking at exams when no one else after these 2 years could tell me. He was kind and explained to me exactly what needed to happen and answered all my questions. I had surgery and he was right there when i woke up and at post op told me what i needed to do. He is a blessing to me. I am just now a month post op and i am not quite there yet but am a-lot farther than I thought i would be at this point. I am working with their occupational therapist and we are making good progress. I am in less pain than before i had surgery. It will be a bit of a road but with Dr Foster i know i will get there with him walking with me!

I am so happy to have found Dr. Walker at Texas Orthopedics. I've been dealing with a fractured shoulder for a couple of months. This is after having a repair, and two weeks later having to have a shoulder replacement, in 2021. I have seen 2 other surgeons and had appointments made with 2 others. The last surgeon I actually SAW told me that my issue was very complicated, and he didn't really want to attempt to fix the problem. The 2 appointments I had were cancelled by the docs. The first said he didn't see patients that already had replacements, and the second said for me to go back to the original surgeon. Too bad, he moved to North Carolina. I had a genuine meltdown, and the poor appointment person at Texas Orthopedics spent some time hunting down a doctor that WOULD SEE ME. I am so glad that the other doctors didn't want to take my case. Dr.Walker came in, immediately told me what he was concerned with, and said he would take me on as his patient. I couldn't be more impressed with his kindness, compassion, communication skills, and sense of humor! I am a retired RN (next year will be 50 years since I graduated!) I mostly took care of babies, so am kind of ignorant about orthopedic stuff, but did refer to Dr. Google, and EVERYTHING Dr. Walker described about what he felt may be the problem was exactly as described in "Dr. Google". ( I am not normally a fan. Too much misinformation! New parents, YOUR BABY REALLY DOES NEED VITAMIN K! ) It is complicated, but like I told him, "I may be old, but I do have a life." I want my life back. After dealing with this issue for over 2 years, I am looking forward to actually being able to enjoy the things that us geezers SHOULD enjoy. ( travel, activities such as swimming in my pool, bowling etc). This has been the worst year of our lives. We lost our daughter April 1. The physical pain I've been dealing with has done nothing but add to the emotional pain we've been dealing with. I am excited to actually see a light at the end of the tunnel. Every person I've seen at this office has been nothing but positive. THANK YOU DR WALKER! You have made a GOOD difference in my life. I feel like I have my orthopedic needs met for many years!

I’ve had a really good experience with this place so far. I’ve been dealing with wrist pain for years and Dr. Foster was the first person to actually give me a answer as to what’s been causing it instead of just telling me, it was fatigue (spoiler alert it wasn’t fatigue). I did have to get a MRI and it took a really long time to get in contact with the scheduler which was my only problem with the experience other than that this was great and my wrist is already feeling better.

Dr. McDonald is one of the best knee surgeons. He did an excellent job on my ACL and MCL reconstruction. He also provides excellent Post Op follow up with detail PT guidance to get you back to normal. Highly recommended.

I recently went to see Dr. Bunch but due to much shorter wait time I saw Dr. Bunch’s PAAngel. She did a great job discovering the reasons for my lower back problems and took steps to help me with my back problems. That’s why I gave Dr. Bunch and his Team five stars.

I 'm Thankfull for Doctor Foster. He taught me what I need to do about my Hand & Elbow. He explained every thing I needed to do and what he could do in terms I could understand. I will make sure If you have trouble with anything within his speciality go see him...he's REALLY good at what he does.
