Love my Brook shoes they are so comfortable. Thank you to the young man that helped me. I have bought five more pair of shoes from Fleet Feet for my two sons my granddaughter and her fiancé. I introduced my youngest son to Fleet Fert and he bought him three more pairs of shoes and bought his wife a pair of shoes too.

Mia was unbelievably helpful. After going through a diagnostic and asking what I was looking for, her first suggestion for shoe was spot on. I didn’t believe it at first so I kept trying other shoes, but she knew exactly what to recommend. No hard selling. Knowledgeable staff. Welcoming. Can’t recommend it enough.

Great experience! Christian was very helpful and informative, as well as incredibly nice. The fit ID scan is really beneficial, definitely recommend using it. I bought the Brooks Glycerins, I’m typically a size 7 but needed a 7.5 wide.

I’ve retired 12 pairs of running shoes, nearly all were bought at Fleet Feet Gateway. Always knowledgeable salespeople, great selection, and competitive prices. A compelling combo that brings me back every time I need fresh shoes.

I wanted to try Fleet Feet and it wasn’t crowded when I arrived, so I went ahead and checked in. They mentioned the wait would be about 25–30 minutes, but after 45 minutes I still hadn’t been called. I eventually left the store disappointed. The service felt slow, and it would be great if they could either provide a more accurate wait time or have additional staff to assist customers.

Second time purchasing shoes from this location. The ambiance was great I can tell the store has had a lift since I’ve been there a few years ago! The music was on point! Lol Also, shout out to my bro Fulton he was very knowledgeable and an expert on foot structure!

Alicia and the whole staff at the arboretum store are absolute pros when it comes to walking/running shoes no matter your level! It’s the only place I shop and sends friends!

I like the minimalistic use of the space and the curated merchandise tailored for runners. The attention from staff was poor, and slow. Although there were multiple options for our request, they brought one pair and did not follow up on the fit nor if we wanted to look at anything else. Luckily, we knew the type of shoe that we wanted, and once they brought the right color, paid and left.
