I went to this Texas Tool Trade to buy nails and to pick up a gun. Its a fat guy with a spot on the forehead. Very lazy and had a bad attitude. Didn’t want to do nothing at all and he was checking on his phone. He was ignoring me when i was asking questions. The morale for this review its just to let the owners know and they are alot of people that can replace him with a better attitude.

That guy called Panda very disrespectful and no customer service what so ever I do not understand how he is still working there when he has said bad words to me I have reported it to the owners in corp and he is still there I go and he closes the store he won't check me out becuz I reported him I have heard him be rude and nasty to other customers

I bought a rolair compressor around January of this year and went back to this store thinking they could fix it or get me the part, when i talked to they guy he had an attitude and wasn’t very helpful and told me that he couldn’t get me parts from stuff that they don’t sell when they clearly have like 4 of the same compressor in the shelf,it seemed that he just wanted to get rid of me and didn’t even bothered to look at the problem .

I don't understand why people go to Lowes or Home Depot for tools when they have access to this store. Way more selection on most things AND less expensive! Not to mention their service is far better and more knowledgeable. It is one of my favorites.

Did a walk-in repair for my Hitachi coil nailer this morning. The results, FANTASTIC, in the amount of time it took to run another quick errand. The cost, WAY LESS, then I would have spent buying a bunch of needless parts kits trying to get it right. And, I was surrounded by a LOT of other very satisfied costumers the entire time there.

A hidden gem. I stumbled in here while waiting on a set of new tires and had some time to kill. It just looks like a little pawn shop or something from the street but is actually a really big place with a ton of name brand tools at decent prices and they have a lot of specialty hard to find tools and materials that you won't find in any big box hardware stores like home Depot.
