DO NOT LIVE HERE, every month they increase the rent, it is never a fixed amount and it varies greatly, nor do they respond to complaints. My rent says it is $1,240 and I ended up paying $1,650 for a one-bedroom apartment. They charge a very exaggerated price for water. In the month of July, I paid $300 for water and they never refunded it. This affects my finances, I received an eviction notice for non-payment when I have never missed any payment, I have always been up to date with my payments, it seems to me to be negligence on the part of the administration. There are cockroaches in the apartments, there is no pest control and they charge for it every month. Summer is over and the pool almost didn't work

Chris was especially hard to communicate with and could not show me in the lease were it specified an extra charge. Just trying to scam out more money from hard working folks. Had I not contested, on my wifes behalf, he would have happily took the 400.00.
Go elsewhere. Many, many better options.

Jerry at the Aspect did an awesome job fixing the issues with the water pressure. He also fixed the sink which wasn’t a complaint but was really appreciated.

Hands down, Chris at The Aspect, is the best to work with. My son is leaving his mom (me) in Iowa for Austin. At first, coming to Austin, TX was a little chaotic and Brian didn’t think he had a place to live. Kayla called Brian back and was able to get him a place the next day. We walked in the next day and Chris helped us knowing the situation. Seriously, Chris is the best, so kind, so friendly, hilarious and honestly, it’s like we’ve known him for years. He made us feel like what was going on was completely normal and happens all the time. Here’s the thing, I’m old (older…not necessarily old… but older) and have moved quite a bit, rented quite a bit and have dealt with way too many leasing agents, property managers, etc. But Chris… hands down, the best! I know my son is in great hands with Chris and Kayla. Thank you for taking care of us and for caring about having a great apartment complex.

I moved here almost 2 months ago. everyone in the office is very nice. What bothers me is that the gates don't work, even though we got a gate opener. Unfortunately, anyone can enter this way. I have seen a homeless person looking in the garbage container. I am satisfied with my apartment. The price is affordable. There is also a Heb and gas station nearby. Only 4 stars due to the issues mentioned above.

First time I have hired maintenance after a few months that I have lived here and it has been an excellent job that Mr. Jerry has done, very competent and speaks Spanish which makes communication much easier for all of us Hispanics who live here.
