Warning to all. These apartments are slums. Massive mold issues. Maintenance just paints over it and passes the problem on to the next person.

The mold is so bad we were constantly sick for months on end. The mold is so bad that it blows through the air vents and gets on everything, it was growing on our clean dishes.
.
The ac goes out monthly and they told us it’s our fault for having it set below 75… it’s not ac at that point now is it.
.
My girlfriend called code enforcement with the hopes of crap getting fixed… instead we got a letter telling us to vacate.

Also most of their good reviews are from the employees themselves.

Me and my mom stayed here for 1 year and it was horrible. They want to rip people off over things in the apartment you can't control. I would never ever live here again plus the staff does not listen to you when you try to explain what's happening. Which is very rude and unprofessional

They had an error in their system preventing my packages from being stored in the secure lockers, to which I stopped by the office to fix 3 different times and was never fixed. My expensive packages were left in the mailroom where they were stolen by scumbags most likely living in this complex. The cameras in the complex are not functional (for several years I was told by the front office) and neither are the security gates. They are practically inviting this type of stuff to happen. I will not be signing a second lease here and would not recommend living here.
