My child is almost 3 yo and this is his third daycare in two years. The first daycare wasn't a fit because my child is pretty active and needs some chaos to thrive :). The second one was a good fit at the start, but new management didn't align with what we needed. So we moved to CCY. And boy are we glad we did!#1 reason that we love this place is Ms. Tima in the toddler class. Let's face it - toddlers are a gnarly bunch - but she makes it look so easy! Every time I watch the cameras (oh. Did I mention that they have cameras in the classroom and you can login and watch your kids at any time in the day?), my hyperactive kid is sitting in circle time or doing something at his station, or is doing crazy toddler things (supervised). Ms Tima strikes an incredible balance of letting them be kids AND providing an actual classroom-type learning structure appropriate for little wigglers. He's learned so much! She even started potty training him and encouraged us to do so at home. With her help, potty training our kid was a breeze! (Of course all kids are different - YMMV). I literally can not recommend Ms Tima enough.Of course in addition to Ms. Tima, the school is wonderful! At pickup, my kid is happy to see me - but WILL NOT LEAVE unless I force him in the car. He literally just wants to hang out in his classroom, show me the paint, toys, artwork or run around in the playground. Once I get him to actually leave the classroom, he runs over to the front desk and leaps into Mr Zach's arms. (Shout out to Mr Zach has more than once helped me wrangle my kid in the car. lol). My kid literally loves everyone there.Ms. Sheila (director) and Ms Kendra make you feel like part of the family. They are always available to answer any questions. Everyone there, from the teacher to director, is great at communication, quick to answer any questions, just overall great vibes. We love it here.

Received messages that my child ate all her food…We were watching her on camera saw she ate nothing and was hungry when we got home. Too much to type but very disappointed. We switched daycares. There was a time I had to take my child to the emergency room to get her head check due to an avoidable accident. It take’s special people to take care of and protect kids. Not all daycares have it. By the way I am a teacher and have been working with kids literally all my life. After my time in the Army I started substituting literally all over central Texas throughout different school districts in all grade levels. Including alternate schools, and jails before making the choice to be a teacher.

I do recommend the school as a parent and as a teacher. they have a lovely teachers. I feel like they are taking care of my baby more than me hhh. And it’s not just because I’m there but they treat the kids all the same care and give too much love. Thanks for all the teachers and the awesome office staff.

Thank you to everyone who works here. My 1.5yo daughter started here just over a month ago, and I could not imagine a smoother transition into her first daycare ("school"). Sheila the director and Hannah at the front desk (and also a trainer I think) both work so hard and somehow made me feel like my daughter was the most important child as I was enrolling (and that's continued every day I drop her off). Ms. Lina, her teacher, is THE BEST. I'll be a little sad when she moves up, but not worried. Ms. Lina is so kind all the time, and she's got it down. She's encouraging the children already there while helping my daughter to wash her hands and getting everyone's morning snack ready. At the same time, she's updating us on the app with pictures, diaper updates, and more! Ms. Neisha also helps with my daughter's class, and you can tell she cares so much about each kid. It was clear to me the first day I met her that she sees the kids all as individuals. Also, this incredible team does it ALL. They provide all the food, including breakfast, lunch, and snacks! But you can provide your own food if your child has a restricted diet! My daughter has two classmates who have their own meals brought in, and Ms. Lina keeps it all on track. They provide diapers and wipes. Whaaaat? All I have to provide is a sippy cup they keep there and clean, and a blanket/sleep mat they put on top of their naptime cushions. And ALL DAY I get updates and can look at the live video feed any time to see my baby girl. And lastly, they offered 2, 3, and 5-day options. This was SO HELPFUL for our transition into daycare. And I've seen their cleaning team in the afternoon who were also really kind. The room is always in order. So, I will say it again, THANK YOU to all of these miracle workers. You can tell they care about each child, and they see each child as an individual. :) So glad I made the right choice!

I changed my son for this daycare motivated by the variety of activities and the curriculum but I was wrong, if you have a restless or hyperactive son I do not recommend it, they are not trained to handle this type of situation, The excuse of the teachers that they have many children when, according to the director, it is according to the daycare regulations. The truth is that the lack of psychology and professionalism of the staff leaves a lot to say and to think about, I feel that we were mistreated and discriminated against. In short, if your child is restless and eager to discover the world, builds towers of blocks and drops them, runs around the classroom, these are some of the characteristics of a 3-year-old child and for which the staff of the daycare is not prepared. If you don't want to be fired from your job or be stressed at work because the principal calls you because you can't control the situation with your child, this is not the daycare for your child. I feel like I'm stressed depressed every day because I'm at work thinking they'll call me because they can't handle my child??? When it is difficult for a mother to let go of her baby to go to work, one must feel that where she leaves it, it will be safe and full of love. The director is not ethical or professional and they do not have the pedagogy or psychology and the lack of methodology to guide the children to follow the desired instructions, the lack of tact when dealing with the parents to reach an agreement on the best strategy to educate our little ones. The truth is that there are many things to say, I am very disappointed, so if your child is hyperactive, restless, full of energy and happily active they are not the ones to take care of them.

Waste of time.My husband and I had some questions about availability for part time care. We couldn’t get any real answers on the phone other than come in for a tour and we can discuss. We figured why would they make us come in just to tell us they are full. We made it clear we wanted to do the punchcard option and that our child would come once a week. So we went and stopped looking because we figured this would work out.I was wrong. We were told to sign in and give ID before we were told sorry but they have no room for months. Definitely felt like they had a quota to fill for tours and we were just a number for them. We didn’t even tour the place. Didn’t even leave the lobby but they made sure to get all our info in their system so it would look like they had people coming in.Not only did they waste our time but we had stopped looking for childcare. They put is in a bind for their own benefit. Would never bring my child here.

if you have a restless child I do not recommend this place at all they make you leave your work because El Niño did not want to sit down or because he opened the door of the classroom or because he does things like a child (it is good to point out that they carry out many activities)

I would first and foremost like to say: THIS IS THE DAYCARE/SCHOOL FOR YOU! I have had nothing but amazing experiences here with the staff and teachers. I was very apprehensive about putting my almost two years old anywhere because he is a smidge difficult at home. When I tell you that he has grew leaps and bounds in the first couple of days, I'm not over exaggerating. I get pictures daily, videos daily, reports daily of diaper changes, and how much and of what he is eating. Super clean facitility with women who TRULY want to be there! I am over the moon with this place and I thank God daily for these women in my life. THANK YOU CHILDRENS COURTYARD!Btw- Mrs. Taneisha is so incredible. As well as Mrs. Linna. Gosh, my heart is so full thanks to you ladies and I appreciate you always being there for me as a mother also. ??

My kid is able to nap here, which is clutch for him. The staff is so sweet and caring, and I truly trust them with my child’s care. He want from crying when we dropped him off to crying when we picked him up in no time. I have zero complaints.

My 13 month old, Sola, started Infant 3 in Miss Lina's class 3 weeks ago and I love it so far. My favorite part is the live feed via Watch Me Grow. This does leaps and bounds for my peace of mind. The surveillance is great and the updates on Brightwheel are awesome. The curriculum seems to be stimulating and the class size is small (no more than 5). One of her other teachers, Miss Tenisha is so loving and is always cradling and petting her up and I love that. The food is healthy/balanced and the classroom is clean. The directors, Anna and Yolanda are also both very nice and organized. Furthermore, they pick up the phone and that's a big thing for me. Lastly, the babies and teachers are diverse, and I love that. I'm a naturally skeptical person, but I would recommend Children's Courtyard to anyone looking for a good daycare for their one year old.

I worked here a few years ago. Teacher student ratios are just at the Texas legal limit, which is very high. Some teachers have been there for years and some love kids, others are just there for a paycheck and it shows. I saw a toddler teacher slapping a child back to get them to sleep on multiple + the administrators were concerned to hear this but she was still employed there when I left. Do not recommend.

Great daycare! My son has been going there for almost 2 years. All the teachers are great with the kids. Their curriculum is on point, great communication between staff & parents, and a very safe & clean environment.

This place has a history of abusing children. Don't trust a daycare mill that underpays it's under qualified staff to care for the most important thing in your life.
