I ordered my drapes and did not choose the right color. I was so disappointed but I reached out to Lexi and she was extremely helpful and concerned that I was happy with my order. She was able to get new drapes that were the color that I wanted. She couldn’t have been nicer! I live in Dallas but I will definitely use her the next time I need drapes. My bedroom is finally finished and I love it?

Excellent service from Lexi and her installer, Stelios. Lexi was very helpful and addressed all our questions and offered excellent advice. A true pleasure to work with. Stelios' installation was fantastic! Arrived on-time with all materials and took excellent care in layout and installation. He is very friendly and takes great care for customer satisfaction. Additionally, he's great to talk with. We will definitely be going back for out next drapery projects.

We had some stunning custom curtains made with Lexi’s guidance several years ago. They are so fine and really help regulate the temperature in the house during our hot summers.A few days ago there was a problem with the bar pulling away from the wall so I called Lexi and she immediately sent Aaron out, who fixed the issue perfectly. This is several years after the initial installation! With this kind of customer service and beautiful work I can’t imagine taking out business anywhere else.

Almost 6 years ago we had custom curtains made at the Great Curtain Co. They are gorgeous and of excellent quality, visitors always remark on them. Lexi helped us design something that complements the room instead of taking it over. Also, it's tremendously helped keep the house cooler in the summer. Last week we had a little hiccup and one of the bars started to come loose from the wall. Aaron came out the next day(!). He was the original installer & he fixed it perfectly. I think it speaks well of a company when their staff stays for a long time! Plus he was super polite and on time. Excellent customer service, beautiful & timeless design, high quality workmanship. I can't imagine getting my curtains anywhere else.

So far so good. Lexi has been a great designer to work with. Her vision and mockups were clear and beautiful. Together we made the fabric selections and styles and now we are just waiting for install.
