Miss. Genny was absolutely amazing. She was more than amazing. She helped me in more ways than one. She actually helped me with my unit and gave me motivation to even expect the unit and all the expectations are what I expected and Miss Genny is very very amazing. I truly appreciate her me and my brother.

I would not recommend living here. My apartment has had an ongoing mold problem that was never properly resolved since 2023. Instead of fixing the source of the issue, management only painted over vents or replaced covers, and in one case even blocked airflow from vents. The mold is still present including in my closet, where I had to throw allot of clothing and could no longer safely hang my belongings.
When I reported the problem, maintenance even acknowledged it as an “emergency substance growth on the walls”-This I have video of from my ring camera. But the service was never logged in their system, leaving no paper trail. Later, management tried to claim it was only “dust” and that the work done was a “courtesy,” which is not true. Days before the inspection maintenance told me to take down all my clothes from my closet due to the mold. They themselves told me how “bad the mold was” and how it contaminated everything in my closet and also how it happened to another tenant. I realize now it was only to prepare for the inspection and make it “look clean”. They acknowledged the mold but now want to claim it as only “dust and dirt”
I provided photos, videos, and formal notice, but management dragged their feet instead of properly addressing the health and safety issue. Under Texas law, landlords are required to maintain habitable conditions, and this property failed to meet that standard.
I simply want to live in a clean, safe environment. It is not right to make false statements, shift blame onto me, or deny what is clearly a mold issue.
Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere — mold, poor documentation, and dismissive management are not worth it.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Genny and Jasmine at the front office — they’ve been incredible throughout my move! From helping me transition from a one-bedroom to a three-bedroom, to answering all my questions with patience and kindness, they made a stressful time feel way easier.
They were always professional, but also warm and personal, which made me feel truly cared for — not just like another resident. Genny’s attention to detail and Jasmine’s calm, helpful attitude stood out so much.
Thank you both for making this move smoother than I expected. Y’all really went above and beyond!

The office staff are very very nice and very patient. My former landlord took forever to respond to the rental history request and the ladies at the office never gave up on my application. Even after I bumped them with phone calls every day, the ladies worked tremendously and professionally to make sure my application was processed properly and I moved in on time. So far I have no issue with the complex.

I moved into these apartments 2 months ago I have had pest control come to my apartment 3 times i have a real bad roach infestation roaches crawling in my food and in my refrigerator I was also promised a new refrigerator i still haven’t gotten a new refrigerator in over a month I am a diabetic and I can not afford to get sick me and my kids health is more important I will not be Renewing my lease here this is sad nobody should have to live like this nobody should have to throw their food away due to roaches crawling all over your house nobody in the office listens to anything you say I would not recommend anybody to move to this place you will be highly disappointed nothing gets done here

I really liked the Admon people, I made my application and everything was super fast. I've been living here for a month and so far I haven't had any problems and my apartment is beautiful, comfortable, big and without problems and I thank Miss Faviola for having been very attentive to us, thank you

These apartments are very bad. I have lived here for 4 years. My apartment got mold and they never came to clean the office. They are very arrogant. The managers are arrogant and have bad service. When you go to the office and tell them to fix some things, what they do is Tell you that they are not going to renew your contract. The pool is always closed and dirty. I do not recommend these apartments. It is no good for living. I am leaving these apartments because they are getting mold and they never do anything. I told them that the city was going to throw them away because it was affecting them. my children and that's why they got angry and we didn't renew the contract because to collect the rent okay Thank you but to fix the air and the things that are ruined they never come And you call and they answer you wrong think carefully if you come to this place to rent here they opened to me My work truck, they stole our tools and work machine, they were going to steal our truck and the apartments never did anything. The Managers just laughed when I brought them the police report. It's no good for living here.

I check the available at the website and I see is somes available, but I went to in side thejofice was a lady there,and I have to wait for 30 minutes wheren she is doi g nothing just standing on the back oficina and look at me,and i wait so longer just for told me with bad actitud she dont have any available room even if is showed on the website like harrazing me,you need to worj a lots on the customer service, I just went y ok it because I wan to move in one of the apartaments available on the website but she basicly refused to bring me the aplication for it,was a spanish lady there.

I am a veteran of the U S Navy and have received A + services from management Dominique. She is , courteous, amazing , exceptional , kind, awesome,and wonderful . My tenant service has been up and beyond. Thank God for her ability to do all the tenants request in a timely manner. The place is so beautiful with pool , playground, computer room, workout room along with laundry and club house room . Outside also has beautiful covered sitting . You Rock Heights on Palmer. Keep up this great and awesome job Dominique. Plenty of eating places in this area also. My grandkid love that also. Love this place.

Never answered the phone after 4 days, just a run around with the answering machine. Very unprofessional, this place needs to be evaluated by the county, left multiple messages un answered. This is truly pathetic, I've had 11 apartments over 24 years, even at the cheapest one I had better service than this nonexistent establishment. This place needs to be sold to a company that is willing to be there for present and future tenants. Also heard you are raising rent, how is that possible with no staff to run this operation. People are paying for services you are supposed to provide, ? like answering tenants service requests or just being available in the office to do your job. If there's no more amenities, and no staff hardly, how can you raise the rent? Thank God I don't live here. This place is a mess. Find another apartment complex that cares where their money is coming from, which is the tenants and not lazy staff members. Every time you call this place you'll here the same message even after you make a selection from a patronizing voice telling you the same thing is ridiculous. Shame!*** To the owner of this apartment complex, instead of your apologies why don't you get proactive with your business, if you can't handle it, for the love of God, sell it to someone who cares about this place, the tenants are telling you what's going on, but you rather just apologize. You need to hire security, better staff that includes trash pick-up, a 3rd party answering service, and open your amenities that tenants are paying for. No excuses period.
