Not too impressed. Too many of the items were stuff you could get elsewhere. I thought they would mix their own herbs and sell customized potions as suggested by the name herb bar. Not sure what I really expected but this wasn't it.

The herb bar has everything!! You can absolutely tell that they’ve been extremely intentional with the product they put out. The teas do not disappoint and I’ve heard great things about their events too so can’t wait to join in on the fun soon!

Although most reviews said great customer experience, I did not receive that today. I went in to get cedar serum and it was my first time trying a serum to help with the allergies. The lady in the store was a bit rude when I asked if the serum reacts with allergy medications in general as I’m taking some. Maybe my question sounded too generic to her that she replied “Well, you will have to do your own research to know if it’d interact as I don’t know all the medicines you take. “. Given they are an apothecary store but they could have asked some follow up questions or framed the response better. They tried to make the response nicer on seeing I was a bit surprised with the response but it did not give any additional help other than asking me to just follow what’s written on the bottle. If the product is really good I might go back but will definitely try to get a similar product outside or online.

What’s not to love about the Herb Bar!? They have everything you need for your holistic and spiritual needs! Everyone I have ever interacted with is always incredibly kind and helpful too! Supporting this small women ran business is something I have done for years now and will continue to happily for many more years to come!

The herb bar is such a gem in Austin. Everytime I stop by, I walk out with a handful of amazing finds; from herbs, to crystals, candles, and my favorite sprays. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. A must place to visit and definitely a place to return.

They sell activated charcoal for $10/oz.Activated charcoal sells for $23/lbThey are selling at a rate of $160/lb.This is pure greed.
