His team is great! Des, Tracey & Cesar made the experience exciting even with a slight issue with the appraiser. They reassured me that everything was good and I'd have no issues closing on time. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in my book!

Very stressful closing with this team, unorganized and poor communication. Also, inappropriate communication times with 2 members of his staff calling past 9pm. Wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve always heard buying a house is stressful, I did not experience the stress at all! Justin and his team was awesome throughout the whole process! Cesar was our loan officer and he assisted us every time we needed him regardless of the time or day. I can’t think him enough!

As first-time homebuyers, neither my wife nor I had envisioned owning a home. My journey took me from home at 17 to serving in the United States Marine Corps, while my wife, a dedicated nurse, juggled healthcare duties alongside her studies. Initially, the prospect of buying a house seemed daunting, filled with anxiety-inducing YouTube videos and mixed reviews of the process.
However, our experience with CMG surpassed all expectations. The paperwork process was surprisingly minimal—I could count the number of times they asked for documentation on one hand (and I have five fingers!). In fact, finding the right home took longer than the entire process with CMG.
We are immensely grateful for the support of TEAM CMG and are hopeful that our journey continues with blessings from above. Looking ahead, we dream of returning to purchase a custom-built home with ample land. Thank you, TEAM CMG, for making our dream of homeownership a reality!

I was initially going to work with another lender and before they could send me the loan application they started experiencing technical challenges (their system was down). The builder then recommended CMG and I have to say, going with them was the best decision I made.
