We have been with the merchant store for 9 years and have nothing but good things to say. Any time an issue has come up, Brock has worked hard to resolve it immediately. We feel we get very good rates with them and overall are happy to be working with these guys!

NEGATIVE 100 STARS IF POSSIBLE. M.E.S. Had Processed a 12k Sales Transaction That ended up Not Being Approved by The Credit Card Issuing Bank. In other words, we had a "DECLINE SALE ATTEMPT" Read out in our Processing Equipment @ P.O.S.. Following M.E.S. Protocol, we would NOT ACCEPT THE CARD until we called in to M.E.S. (Small Businesses do this when occasion arises and time permits- who wants to turn away a 12k sale). M.E.S. Stated, "let me call The Bank (card issuing bank) and see what is going on, Waiting on Phone "hold status", M.E.S gets back on phone as states, "The Bank has Approved The Sale, I will give You Numbers to input into the Card Processing Terminal (only M.E.S. Has "codes" to allow the Decline sale to be approved). As promised, after "key stroking" the code into the terminal, The Decline Sale turned into an APPROVED SALE. Days later, M.E.S. Attempted to Debit the 12k from our Business Bank Account (without our knowing/approval)- The Card Issuing Bank NEVER APPROVED THE SALE. Meaning, M.E.S. INSTRUCTED US TO ENTER A CODE TO OVER RIDE THE DECLINE!!! M.E.S. Is a FRAUD... DO NOT Sign up for Credit Card Processing Services with a FRAUDULENT BUSINESS that will turn around and SCREW YOU (In our case, the 12k was NOT within the Account when M.E.S. Attempted the Debit!!! Go with a LARGE CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR for your Business Needs ie... a processor who deals with the likes of a: Walgreen, Costco, Wal-Mart, Discount Tires ect...

BEWARE,BEWARE,BEWARE! M.E.S. is FRAUDULENT! PLEASE, Read my prior review also. BROCK, TROY And Both PETER and JAIMIE ESTEE are all PHONIES. M.E.S. Does Not hold large processing accounts ie... wal-mart, costco, walgreens ect... so, they provide (fraudulently so) service to "small mom & pops" (we had been with them for aprx 10 years when they pulled a fraudulent act (actually 2 when you include their BOGUS "collections attempt"). HORRIBLE experience after what "appeared" to be friendly service. M.E.S. WILL take advantage of you. when a "card process server" overrides a DECLINED Sales Transaction, and the OVERRIDE backfires and m.e.s. attempts to (FRAUDULENTLY) Debit YOUR bank for m.e.s.'s GREED to rake in a large sale (should been left as a decline) that says it all. only the card processors have the ability & capabilities to override a declined sale and turn it into an approved sales transaction (m.e.s. holds all the coded info to do so- all out of greed). beware,beware,beware!!! write/call me 7605180821 or p.o. box 1392 bonsall, ca. 92028 b.t.w. none of this is "sensitive info" B.S.
