This place is amazing! The over night receptionist is amazing always has a smile on her face when I come in as a dasher sometimes people aren’t as friendly around this time. I really appreciate the kindness she has showed me Every time I’m dashing there which is often . I really look forward to seeing her and I’m pretty sure her tenants do too seem as they’re always coming to chat with her .

I’m just a door dasher who stops by during the late night hours on the weekends. Everytime I arrive I am greeted by Tia and her smile and warming energy. Very helpful and made the delivery as easy as possible.

Come to the Quincy if you want to meet the meanest, most rude, off putting receptionist in Austin!! I took a picture in hopes to capture her anger but in person is much scarier. She works overnight so I’m assuming she gets angry at tenants and guests because she has no sense of control in her day to day life? You have to really protect your energy around people like her so I try to forgive and send her love. I just wanted to leave this comment to warn others that moving here will mean exposing yourself to her rude and unprofessional attitude. Luckily, the Quincy is smart and assigned her overnight so she would only be mean after 1 am lol. Okay bye, sending love and light to her. You don’t have to choose to suffer at work

I've lived in numerous communities like this one across different cities in the US. I must have toured dozens of these buildings throughout the years. This was one of the worst touring / leasing experiences I've ever had.
I found the leasing agent to be argumentative, dishonest, and unethical. So many red flags. And this is when they're trying to get your business. I can't imagine how they treat you when you're already locked into a lease. Yikes.

Amazing location right next to the river. Tons of cool venues nearby. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Jason at the front.

Delivery drivers **** Don't deliver here
I've delivered here give or take about 7 times. There's no parking*
In the front used to be somewhere I'd put my hazards on/ hope for the best then take a order up 19 floors on the elevator. I suppose because of construction that the pay for park area I would park at doesn't exist.***Grey area*** My lovely Austinites expect everyone to take risks in their own vehicles while the apartments and city get their money and while the customer gets their food/groceries/Amazon packages at the driver's own risk. I haven't come across one company that pays for parking downtown. They cancel the order/ tell you to leave it somewhere safe* /return it /or throw it away. I Parked in the garage in what I believe was future resident available till 7 pm for a big grocery order. After going in I was told about parking for 15 minutes. After I took up part of the order i re -parked in that spot right before 7pm and delivered the rest. Low and behold I get a ticket for $70 in the mail. I disputed it and was told it would take up to 72 hours for some type of response or reach out? No phone call/no email/nothing
It's going on 3 weeks now. When I check back now it's $15 . I suppose a cheap lesson to learn. There's other apartments/even downtown that have temporary parking up to 30 minutes with no charge. I get that the city and or apartments don't care for people making deliveries. It's something though when you are delivering to people who live and pay rent within the building. *** Do not put your hazards on and park in a one way*** Do not park in the garage.
I've learned my lesson for $15 and sadly if I ever have to /need to go back the outcome will not be going all the way to a tenants door. This is to bring awareness to the fact that if this apartment wasn't downtown that parking/delivering wouldn't be a issue. Maybe someone with a following or voice could change this situation.

I’ve lived at The Quincy for over a year now, and it’s truly a remarkable place to call home. The leadership is outstanding, and the entire management team is incredibly friendly and supportive. The atmosphere here is vibrant and lively, and there’s always an energizing buzz that makes living here fun and exciting. The amenities are top-notch, and the community is warm and welcoming. I’m genuinely grateful to be part of such a fantastic place!

Lenisha is AMAZING! We toured five properties in one day and The Quincy was the first. Let me tell you, she set the bar so high that all of the others just paled in comparison. That and she worked hand in hand with us to make sure we got into the EXACT unit we wanted with all of the amenities and even our favorite color scheme inside the apartment. We love you, Lenisha!!! Thank you so much for everything :)

Wish I could give this place zero stars. The worst living in all of DT Austin. Lived here for over two years and it quite literally was the worst experience of my life. A quick Google or TikTok search will tell you why. The prices they charge are outrageous. It should be free for how decrepit it is. Avoid !!!!! At !!!!! All !!!!! Costs !!!!!!

The Quincy markets itself as ‘luxury,’ but my experience with their leasing and management team has been the worst I’ve ever encountered. From the concierge Craig, to leasing staff Xavier Harris and Lenisha Washington, and all the way up to management, what I experienced was dishonesty, evasion, and the most unprofessional conduct I have ever dealt with. Do not lease or tour with this apartment complex.
I toured The Quincy on August 12, 2025. Upon arrival, I parked in the garage exactly as instructed by the leasing office. The Quincy’s own logo is displayed alongside Premium Parking signage, which reasonably leads any visitor—especially first-time visitors like myself—to believe the garage operates in direct connection with The Quincy. As a prospective resident invited to tour, I relied on this representation in good faith.
When I came upstairs for my tour, no one explained that ticket validation was required or advised me of any necessary steps to avoid penalties. At every other community I have toured, this is standard practice. At the end of the visit, Xavier Harris specifically asked about my parking, acknowledged that I had not registered my vehicle, and assured me I would not be penalized. He stated I would either be reimbursed or otherwise assisted if a ticket was issued.
Despite this assurance, I received an excessive ticket sent weeks later—not even to my current residence, but to my old address. I contacted The Quincy immediately. A representative initially told me I would receive assistance and a follow-up call, but that call never came. I emailed Mr. Harris directly with no response. When I called again, the concierge took a message, and eventually Laniesha Washington returned my call. That conversation was dismissive and unprofessional: she interrupted me, questioned my credibility, and claimed she “never saw my name anywhere.” Only over a week later did Mr. Harris finally reach out—by then, the lack of accountability was already clear.
For the next several weeks, I was openly ignored. Calls to the concierge were met with short, irritated responses. Messages for management went unanswered despite being told they were “in office.” Mr. Harris never stood behind his word.
What makes this worse is that I later learned I am not the only one. Multiple other Google reviews document future tenants being ticketed during tours—even when they attempted validation. The Quincy admitted they were still “figuring out the new parking garage process” and only credited tickets as a “gesture of goodwill” once the complaint was made public. This shows a repeated pattern, not an isolated incident.
At this point, it is hard not to see this as a scheme to profit off unsuspecting prospective residents through unfair parking tickets. If this is how The Quincy treats a prospective residents—and I say this as an attorney who knows what professional accountability looks like—then I can only imagine the nightmare awaiting actual tenants once they are locked into a lease.
Luxury should mean service, professionalism, and integrity. Instead, The Quincy offers excuses, evasion, and disrespect. I am disputing this ticket and will not give these people a dime. I strongly urge others to save themselves the time, money, and stress.
