This place has changed and become snooty and overpriced. The $10.50 burger is a frozen patty worth about $3. My specific request to not include something was ignored. For the price I paid, I would expect the server who brought our food (even though you order at the counter) to bring napkins. Save your time, effort and money. Go somewhere that's not awful.

Although they were nice and got our order correct. They had forgot to actually make one of the meals out of the three and had to be reminded what to make. When ordering a corn dog it was still frozen half way through then when we got another to replace the frozen one it was even more frozen then the first. And when ordered a burger it made my friend sick. The fried food was bland. It was fairly clean but food was not good. Do not recommend.

Great food and place to chill out after playing a round of golf. People remember this is a place to serve the golfers before and after round play. Not a place for "to go" orders. The review about the frozen corn dogs is obscured. The friend getting sick...was it really from here? I doubt it. I have had several burgers from here. This place is great and just as I would prefer being at a municipal type golf course. ⛳️

Would always go lunchtime . Great food and service ! Memorable times with the staff due to me being picky but they were always glad to accommodate.

The people that run this are super nice and they’re doing the best they can with what they have. It’s potentially the single largest missed opportunity in Austin.

Their fees are higher than most nice courses around this area. I think the cart was 18$ it's self and 40 to play. Never seen a price that high for a course in this condition. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you don't mind a unusual price.

Remember to tip them BEFORE you get your extremely overpriced FOOD! If not, they’ll serve you last, give you stale bread, and leave the stickers on the Tomatoes that you bite. The fact that I found out almost an entire sticker on my tomatoes either implies they are malicious, they don’t wash their food prior to serving you, or they simply do not care. If have been to 1 star burger kings, and I have not never found stickers in my food. The bread tasted unusally stale so I won’t be surprised if it was past the expiration date.I always tip, but it felt like they upped the prices, and I tip once my food is there.Really, don’t go here. You are better off eating at any restaurant for the same prices.

The staff is awesome. Incredibly selfless. I lost my phone and wallet (rough day) and one of the staff rode the course looking for it at closing time, and another offered me a free drink to take with me as I rode to look myself. Beyond that, the course itself was incredibly fun and a great price. Those first 10 holes before losing my wallet and phone were a great time :) I'm sure the next 8 are as well.

I've been in Austin for about a month now and my experiences at golf clubs this far have been sub-par. Particularly at Morris and Lions the fellas in the pro shops have been rude, belittling, and borderline disrespectful. I called Riverside today and the man I spoke with was so helpful, happy to chat, and overall had a stellar attitude. Having worked at two golf courses I understand how the system works, it's not hard to be friendly. Thank you Riverside!

Beautiful golf course. Friendly staff. No doubt I will be back a second time when I'm visiting Austin, Tx.

This is by far my favorite golf course in Austin. The staff is nice and very chill. You can even BYOB as long as it's not in a glass, which is awesome. Makes for a very laid back and relaxed golfing environment. Both times I've been I've called first for a reservation since their online ordering system does not allow for reserving 9 holes. The place was very accommodating for anyone needing to rent clubs, both times my mom was able to rent female petite clubs. The carts work well and are keyless for COVID safety purposes. We usually come after 4:00 pm for their twilight specials. It's also located right next to the ACC Riverside Campus. Bottom line, if you're into golfing, this is your spot!

Had a great time golfing here with my son. Royce in the pro shop was super. He helped us get squared away with rentals and pull carts. The course is a hidden gem and we look forward to playing Riverside again soon.

This is a great place that a friend told me about and I had to go. Best recommendation I got last year!

I was planning an event for a group of us visiting Austin on a bachelor party this coming February. Michael and his team were very timely in their responses and helped us create a solid outing for 12 of us. They have more than enough types of club rentals (left/right handed) and even premium sets. They also shared they have closest to the pin and longest drive markers to amp up the competitiveness for my group! It is BYOB (cans so no broken glass). But there is a grill and most of the basic foods needed (nachos, burgers, waters, etc.). Compared to the other courses, the price is right especially for those of us that don't golf avidly and prefer an open course. If you are looking for a fun outing, reasonable, cost effective, and close to downtown Austin this is a great option.
