I don’t recommend this UPS as they won’t print your labels, even for a fee. They make you login to your email on their computer to do it? Seems like a security issue. Also who knows their email password anymore. And also poor customer service. The UPS on S. Lamar is 10x better. The UPS on Riverside will also kindly print your label for a fee (which I am happy to pay) and on the east side I’ve always appreciated the friendly service at the 6th St. USPS location. Many other options and I just wish I’d known about the draconian policies at this UPS before I dragged in several very large packages!

Store seems fine. It would be nice if they updated their hours to reflect accurate times of being open

Wow. Do NOT bring your international gift shipments here. The staff were extremely confused when I tried to ship a GIFT to my mom in Canada, of which I specified the material, value, weight, and country of origin for the Customs forms for each item inside (this is not the first time I have shipped a gift to Canada, but my first time attempting with UPS). The staff member demanded to OPEN MY PACKAGE and weigh every item individually. I had lovingly gift-wrapped each item inside and said I would prefer they not destroy my packaging, and I have never had to open my package with FedEx or any other shipper before to ship to Canada. He said, snarkily "Well, we're not FedEx". Well - I can see that - LOL! I thanked him for his "help", took my package and left. They can handle Amazon returns, that's about their skillset and familiarity with shipping, hence one star, otherwise it would be ZERO.

The only UPS store in my area that I will use. The guys here are always helpful and nice and polite —I’ve had rude, passive aggressive experiences at the store in Mueller, but these guys are professionals!

Not the best location. Overcharges and under-delivers. Packages go out late. PSA: buy your UPS postage online - it’s over triple markup at the counter.

The driver here is the laziest driver in the world he starts late and finishes late. If you have medicine that’s running four days behind because of the useless IT system UPS has. He couldn’t care! What a lazy person! Do your job!!!

The line is always so long here. It’s good that they have happy returns - keeps it quick and easy. Wish they’d have more staff for shorter lines
