Staff wasn't helpful. You are charged ridiculous rates for the privilege of printing your own labels (other businesses have done it for free) and their terrible user interface ensures you will take as long as possible while they charge for every minute. I like ups as a company but this location has disappointed me enough times.

I first visited on Feb. 5 and was pleasantly surprised how helpful the employees were with Amazon returns. The staff was immediately jumping in to help people at the counter if the machines for returns had a wait. I've never seen this and had actually left a different UPS location (2110 W Slaughter Ln) before finishing my transactions due to very poor service. Staff at the 8708 S Congress location were greeting customers, seemed to care that customers were served well and promptly, and were even sweeping up the store. Although there are other locations closer to me, I keep coming back to the S Congress location instead. I'm really impressed with Jessica, the manager, and her team. Thank you!

The manager I believe her name is Jessica sweet black lady.. every single time I have been to this store she has consistently gone above and beyond to make me and I’m sure everyone else who enters that store feel like they are valued and important. I cannot say enough about this woman. I don’t think I’ve ever had better consistent service.. she’s a gem and you’re lucky to have her

I came in with supplies to ship. I like the friendly customer service Rep. The CSR that helped me was Jessica. This way of service is efficient, easy and fast.
