What the heck ??!! It closes at 3:30 pm on Saturday. Waste my time and energy by coming here for nothing. Stay open til 5 pm like other businesses especially the holiday !!!

Store with very friendly staff. Knowledgeable and prompt.
That said, service by UPS has been a nightmare. What should've been overnight, has turned into two weeks and counting. And while the store manager, Ralph, has been trying to track and move my package forward, UPS just doesn't have the infrastructure to deliver a simple envelope. Been sitting in the same spot (according to tracker) for twelve days.

10 minute wait to scan a code and print a label bc ups is too cheap to install more than 2 printers.

Ralph was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when I needed a notary. There's a UPS store closer to my house, but I'll probably come back to this one because he was so great.

I came here to re ship a package after it was sent to the wrong location and Ashtyn was a huge help. She immediately noticed that the package was addressed to a PO Box and notified me that they can’t ship to PO Boxes and that is why it wasn’t sent to the correct place. She helped me to re address it and it made it to where I needed it to be in time!

I was so worried when this independently owned store sold out to UPS, and I have been happily surprised. The store manager is fantastic, the service is great, everything is very organized. Was happy to not have to change my PO Box.
