The team at the wash shop was extremely flexible and helpful! This was one of the fastest car washes and absolutely incredible outcome. The car is spotless, and they even went the extra mile to buff out some scratches.I also wanted to add that they did this car wash in nearly freezing temperatures. Will only be coming here to get my car detailed moving forward. Thanks Miguel and team!

I have been using this car wash for almost 1 year. (Because no other "UNLIMITED" automatic car wash nearby, it's not even unlimited, 1 time limited per day)Staff members are very friendly but the machine is terrible. Everytime I get car wash here, no soap or not enough soap to wash my car. I feel like this machine is just watering my car and that's it and always worried about the machine could hurt my car. Sometimes, dirt even didn't wash out after car washing here.You guys please change or fix the machine. Just changing store' name is not enough.

Friendly staff, subpar services. Their 15 second automated wash does not even clean the back of your car. The single employee at the air dryers uses a wet dirty rag to wipe your car down. Spend your money elsewhere

I have been coming to this location every week for the past year and the service is always outstanding. This location was an Arbor car Wash before changing to The Wash Shop but they still have the same outstanding staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a dive through car wash with additional hand detailing services. Thanks Hugo for always making it a pleasurable visit!!
