Update: as you can see below I’ve been a client for over 3 years here. They just lost me. I’ve been moved more than once same day bc my stylist wasn’t free. But the one week I needed understanding to reschedule within their cancellation time, I’m charged for my appt in full price. They did not care at all about what I had to say or what was happening to me. They were so cold and so rude.
I needed to reschedule a cut about 24 hrs before my appt bc of my children’s needs so I called and texted with no luck. Eventually I went to my appt email and the system let me reschedule, about 12 hrs before. I’ve never needed to chat with anyone bc for 3+ years I’ve been a loyal client.
I then needed to reschedule the second appointment for an emergency with my kiddo and I couldn’t reach anyone. I texted the number to reschedule with no reply. The system wasn’t allowing me to reschedule or contact anyone. I called and called to speak to someone in hopes of an appt later that day. No luck. They marked me as a no show. Then at once charged me full price for BOTH appointments.
I understand that my stylist makes a living off of these appointments (although he also owns the salon…). And having a late cancel fee is understandable. So when I called and called to speak to someone, no one answered. I texted the number again and they said too bad. ‘Their policy is strict and they are a no front desk salon as they state in the voicemail’…how convenient that I’ve been moved without consideration but they can’t help me when I need it. Also how convenient that they are a contactless front desk with no way to reach anyone unless they reply to your text, but then their policy is ‘strict’ to just charge you. No exceptions. I tried explaining that the system allowed me to reschedule the prior appt and so I did, but she said I didn’t give them enough notice so I was wrong. They then told me to talk to my stylist directly and when I said I have no way to contact him, I never got a reply. I tried disputing the charges to no avail.
After thousands of dollars there, they cared less about my situations and lost me over $190. Although they obviously don’t care. I asked to speak on the phone and discuss it and they just ignored me. I’m honestly sad and pretty hurt that they couldn’t care less.

Great booking experience. Relaxed environment. Love the coffee shop in the parking lot! But most of all, left feeling like a million bucks. Beto gave me exactly what I wanted and then some. So happy with my hair!

Can't recommend Beto enough. He's done such a great job with my color but has also helped me grow my hair out. It's longer than it's ever been and we repaired the breakage issue in the front with product.

I've been going to Beto for many years after being referred to him by a friend and he never disappoints me. If you are looking for someone who has your hairs best interest at heart, check out this salon. Beto won't do anything that isn't good for your hair and in my opinion, this is what's most important. Beto will also give you his honest opinion for styles and colors. The salon is relaxing and everyone is very friendly.

Leesa Lee did a fabulous job with my haircut and partial highlight! Thanksgiving I received two spontaneous compliments; one from an old friend and one from a complete stranger. Very happy with what she did with my very fine hair.

I went to Salon West for a women haircut on 11/21/2023. Maria Conchita is the stylist for my hair cut. I showed what style I like and I also told her that I don't blow m hair and I will depend on her skillful haircut. She agreed she can do it. After she finished with blow-dry hair. It looked ok (Of course.) I told her the both side below/around my ears are still very thick. However she said because of blowdry hair, both side of hair will look thick. If I do myself with blow dry, it will look better. As the fact, she did not do any correction. Nov. 27 after 5 days, after washing my hair, it is still feeling thick. I found her cellphone No. which showed on their website for appointment, and texted her about my request for retrim m hair. It has been 3 days, she hasn't respond to my request. It is not a cheap haircut I think they need to do a better service even after I left the store.

My husband has been going to Beto for years and is always super happy with his haircut, so much so that he has referred a lot of family and friends, who all became faithful customers. I also got offered a facial by Christyn Bailey at this salon, and went this week. I had a really great time, super relaxing. The room is small, and you might not even know that they offer spa services there, but Christyn is worth getting out of you way to go see! The facial also included a good amount of chest and shoulder massage, and I left out so relaxed! Her prices are always very fair, I will go back!

Y'all better jump on this spot now. I have been having Ruben cut my hair now for a bit over a year. Never let's me down. The salon it's self STUNNING The staff PERFECT The location IDEAL The price SPOT ON They have a white range of services, I haven't partaken in any other then a wax services for a cruise I was taking a few months back. I had never waxed before and was told I may have some irritated skin. NOPE The tech/aesthetician was so sweet and did a fantastic job. Everything was great. I would go back today if I need to have a wax service done again. Just be sure if y'all jump on this set up your appointments cause they BOOK fast.

I have been going to Ruben Gonzalez for the past 8 years and there is nobody else I let touch my hair. When he made the move to Salon West I started going there. The location is super convenient and the interior is fabulous. They have great prices and a selection of different products that have been staples in my hair care routine. Ruben recently placed extensions for my wedding day and also did the styling the day of. I couldn't have been happier with the results. I felt fabulous on my big day and I couldn't have done it without Ruben. Don't think twice - book with Salon West and I highly recommend Ruben. Although all the stylists there are incredible! Leesa Lee does a great job cutting hair for both men and women. I followed her here from her previous salon, and very glad I did. She listens to what I say, and strives to do what I want. I always look better leaving than I come in.

This modern, well appointed salon is wonderful. Almost too good to be true. The staff are all gracious and welcoming. The salon is spotless with all the latest equipment and Beto Diaz the owner is very talented in his craft. I am always a hot mess when I go in and leave with a smile and beautiful hair. The affordability and ease making appointments cannot be beat. This is a family operation and his wife and daughter are lovely as well. Their artistry with hair is top notch!
