I'm only giving a 1 star so I can post the fact that she the owner cut my hair and basically chopped it it's uneven and shorter than I asked for I am extremely upset and when I called her to tell her she told me she didn't cut hair she only did weaves then why would you sit me at your chair I would sue if I could

I pre-paid for my hair appointment online and when I arrived for my appointment no one was in the salon. I waited for 30 minutes and called multiple times. No one ever arrived for my appointment and I have no idea how to get my money back because they are not answering their phone.

Love this place, was given an appointment right away and was treated like royalty the whole time I was there. The owner is very attentive and cares for her clients, I felt like I ran into an ole friend! I will be back.

I set my appointment through her online website (very easy to use) when I arrived Natalie was there waiting on me. She was very nice and gave a lot of useful information about how to properly take care of my natural hair as well as suggested some products to use for my scalp.
