Really don’t like this store. I went in and requested help to purchase a new watch band for a Tiffany watch that I own. There were 4 sales people standing around that ignored me and were having a conversation amongst themselves. I stood around for 19 minutes without anyone offering to help me, I interrupted their personal conversation nd asked for assistance. They acted annoyed and called someone to come help me. They The person that was coming to help me, left me waiting for about 15 minutes before I walked out and will never go back.
Worst service ever, I love jewlery and I am happy to spends my money elsewhere.

I went to this location in 2024, and had the best experience with Andrea Stewart, I came back in 2025, and I’d consider this location to be more similar to a kohls. I have been to Tiffany’s all over the world (NYC, LA, Chicago, Paris, Italy, etc.,) and have never had this poor of an experience. I went in anticipating buying a few pieces and left within 10 minutes. I travel to Austin once a year, and will not be back to this Tiffany, which is a shame. Last year I gave a 12/10 rating due to Andrea Stewart’s amazing customer experience service, but after she left this place is horrendous.

I went in today to have three pieces cleaned. I was told it would be 60.00 to clean. I said when did you begin to charge , March 2025. Now I have been in the store since March to get my jewelry cleaned. I asked her to check when I was last in there she said in 2024. I said that's when I purchased my bracelet. I said check the last time I was in here for cleaning. Her rude prejudice self turned around and said it doesn't matter it will be 20.00. I took my jewelry and left because I am not giving you 60.00 when you told me you offered lifetime cleaning. Tiffany you just lost my business and that woman was rude.

Honestly would leave zero stars if I could. I came in to buy the Large Link Earrings as a nice gift for myself. The only person who spoke to me was the doorman it was very disappointing. As the store was not super busy and someone walked right by me not saying anything. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I’ve noticed that how I am treated is based on how I am dressed and that’s very disappointing as a mom of two under two sometime I’m just rolling out of the house.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tiffany & Co. store at The Domain in Austin, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! My family and I walked in with a clear idea of what we were looking for, but as we don’t live near a Tiffany’s, I had spent a significant amount of time online shopping. I knew I needed to see the items in person before making a purchase.
From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with kindness and warmth. Associate Amy was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to thoroughly go over everything with both me and my child, making sure we felt comfortable and informed about our choices. Her patience and attention to detail were truly beyond expectations.
Amy’s knowledge of the products and her genuine enthusiasm made our visit not just a shopping trip but a memorable experience. It’s not often you find such exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond, especially in a luxury retail setting.
I left the store feeling confident in my purchase, and I can’t wait to return for any future jewelry needs. Thank you, Amy, and the entire team at Tiffany & Co. for making our day so special! Highly recommend visiting this location if you’re in the area.

Elaine was a delight to work with. She assisted me over the phone and had my gift purchase ready when I visited the boutique. She was kind enough to follow up with a personalised thank you message remembering the details of my visit. My s/o & I come to this location every time we are visiting Austin, sometimes buying & have never had a bad experience until today. We walked in & were not greeted, just a woman coming to us & asked what we were looking for. We informed her we were just browsing & my s/o asked about men's bracelets to which she said they are around the whole store, then walked away. My s/o & I were just a bit confused & when we found something that stuck out to us, we asked someone else for help since the woman who talked to us was on her personal phone. We were lead by the new woman we asked for help back to the one from the start who was no help in answering questions or telling us about the item.

Tiffany shipped my engagement ring from NY Flagship store to Austin domain store in less than 1 week. They also resized my ring for free in less than 2 weeks. Great services
