I had an issue with my skid plate being zip tied and falling down while I was driving. The wrecker took me to this shop as it was the closest repair place. I asked them to cut the zip tie that was left holding my skid plate up so that I could get back on the road. They told me that they screwed it back in for me and charged me $40. When I had my mechanic look at it, once I got home, we found that they zip tied at seven different places to keep it up, not screwed it in place. Overcharged and lied to.

I DO NOT.RECOMMEND. charge you for repairs they dont actually do. I almost wrecked. Not a trust worthy shop.

Its right next to callahans and it’s efficient when you need a new tire . I loaded upmy trailer with 4 yards of gravel and didnt realize my tire was Done for !!! They still lifted my trailer with their hack with no problem !

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They knowingly gave me a man EXPIRED tire with a nail in the side bed and when I went to check the pressure they had it at 53 when it should’ve been no more than 35. Very unprofessional in my opinion then when I address my concern they were unwilling to help. Worst tire shop I’ve been to in the Austin area for sure.

I TOOK A TIRE THAT THEY WILL PATCH IT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT HAD NOTHING THERE WAS NO AIR LETTING OUT AND I TOLD THEM THE AIR WAS LETTING OUT. THEY WOKE WITHOUT AIR HE SAID SOMEONE HAD REMOVED THE AIR FROM ME AND THEY CHARGED ME JUST TO CHECK IT

Getting a flat while driving down the highway is never fun, but this shop took the hassle out of it.
My leak was slow enough that I was able to limp into their driveway. A guy came right out and I pointed to the tire. Without saying anything, another guy came out with a jack and lifted the rest of my truck. The first guy came back with an impact wrench and took off the tire.
I watched as he took apart the wheel and fixed the tire. Before long he had the wheel back on my truck aired up and ready to go.
They made it a short and easy stop. And the only charged $20. I have the guy a tip for his great service.
