T.J. Maxx is my store!, They have everything and that's why I love that the store is well stocked with great items, a variety of purses, name brands and from clothing to home goods, they have it all and cute stuff. I never leave empty handed. And they carry new items all of the time. I felt the store was pretty clean, no clothes on the floor! I was very happy with my purchases. Thanks T.J. Maxx

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. The entire store is messy and I’m genuinely afraid someone will catch ecoli or some other disease. Do better

We seriously need a the maxx in Kyle tx. Please open one! S austin is too far. New braunfels is too far. Bring to Kyle or Buda tx asap.

Line is super long and they only have 2 cashiers. The manager is just watching this slow line ~20 minutes

“Great Customer Service!”
I recently returned an item at TJ Maxx, and the experience was quick and hassle-free. The customer service team was very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process. They made sure everything was handled efficiently and answered all my questions.
I really appreciate the excellent service and will definitely continue shopping here. It’s great to see a store that values its customers and makes returns so simple. Highly recommend!

Small, needs better entry design. People getting the baskets are blocking others from coming into the store. In bad weather it’s not enjoyable.
