TJ's got me out of a mechanical bind on my dirt bike and thought the charges were more than fair. Recommended some additional parts and were super transparent on everything. Definitely will bet taking my bike here for work and shopping locally rather than buying online.

Upfront with all their services/charge. The staff genuinely enjoys talking, and are knowledgeable, about their bikes.
Id rather wait for them to have a used bike in the brand/model I want to buy than go anywhere else.

Inventory was great and they have a bike I really want to buy. The problem is the staff was not helpful at all. Took 15 minutes before I was acknowledged and when I was finally helped the staff didn’t seem very interested in helping me.

Purchased a used 2016 KLR 650 from this shop which unfortunately was missing the motor mount bolt(secures the front of the engine to the frame). Very crucial piece that was overlooked and put my safety and the motorcycle in jeopardy! I called several times and got ran around in circles with the "my manager will contact you back" and eventually just ordered/installed the part myself because I was sick of not being able to ride for weeks.
Someone messed up and overlooked the motor mount bolt on inspection, which can happen with buying used, but it was impossible to get ahold of the manager that should have ordered the part and got it installed for me to make it right.
All the staff I talked with before purchasing the bike were really great! I would still recommend this shop if purchasing a new bike! Very cool shop with lots of options and good prices!

My father bought a brand new bike from these guys and had them lower it. He brought the bike to my place for a ride and his fork seals were leaking. I went to replace the fork seals and as soon as I got the fork off I knew there was a problem. They put in shorter springs without putting in spacers! He was riding with zero preload, on a free-floating spring for years. Yet to determine if the damage to the forks is fatal but this is just disgusting, unprofessional, dangerous and criminal. The spring is just bouncing around in there.
Shame on you!

Kent was my sales assistant, He is so incredibly jeans friendly! I am an older guy , and he was so friendly and patient!
I highly recommend Kent and Mrs Johnson who finalized and checked all the paperwork!
The Kymco scooter I bought was on sale, deep deep discount! No need to haggle at TJ Cycle they price them right !!
And you only pay for what you need !!!!!
No FREE lifetime batteries, no GPS , no janitor sweeping the floor !!

We had amazing service from the gentleman who was fairly new there, he said he started about 3 weeks ago. Our goal was getting our 5 year old daughter geared up for motocross with all the of the gear she needs. They have a ton of different choices even in very small youth sizes. They showed us all available options and we left really happy with everything. Really impressive place
