DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!We purchased Marble Countertops from Toluca Granite. The installation crew dropped the slab during installation and it cracked all the way through. The installation crew tried to cover it up with clear glue and left. The owner (Honorato Gutierrez) will not return our calls or texts to fix the situation. We have taken legal action against them unfortunately. Take your business somewhere else.

I had an amazing, positive experience with Toluca.I needed two countertops. One was straightforward - marble, for a new built-in. The second was complicated - I was rebuilding some kitchen cabinets, and needed a new countertop that matched my existing, and would be installed 'in place' amongst other kitchen infrastructure.The staff steered me to a remnant piece of marble, saving me money. They also worked to find as close a match to possible for my kitchen.Their pricing was competitive. Furthermore, my cabinet maker had multiple delays. Each time, Toluca pleasantly rescheduled.When we were ready for Toluca to measure, they showed up on time. After the measure, Toluca let me know I'd paid too much money - the actual cost was several hundred dollars less - and issued a refund for the difference (!).The day of the install, the kitchen 'retrofit' proved difficult. My cabinet maker had made the drawers a touch too tall. Somehow - after three hours of making and modifying shims and working the stone all around - Toluca installers made it work.The seams are almost invisible. The work is gorgeous. They cleaned up after themselves. At several points, I fully expected them to say "we can't do this, the kitchen cabinets are simply incorrect" but they didn't.10/10 would recommend them to anyone, and when I need countertops in the future, I'm only making one phone call.

When Lauren and her husband started the company, they were the best. As their biz grew they hired these inexperienced and unfriendly office personnel. They feel it is okay for them to hang up on their customers. After being their customer for 10 years, I quit using them. If you can tolerate rude people, use them

We wanted to expand storage in our house and added cabinets to our laundry room purchased from Home Depot. The trouble is that Home Depot (and Lowes) have a pretty high minimum charge that makes it cost prohibitive for small projects like ours. We contacted Toluca Granite, and a few other contractors, through Yelp. Sam responded really quickly with pictures of a few slabs that looked similar to the granite in our kitchen that we wanted to match. I saw many glowing reviews on Yelp, and their prices are quite reasonable. So between those factors, the price, and responsiveness, we decided to give them a shot and glad we did. They sent someone out to do a measurement the following week. They were backed up about six weeks for the install itself, so make sure you take that into account. But they just installed our counter this afternoon and we were pleased with the whole process!

I needed a new stone top for my coffee table, they had plenty of remnants to choose from and even had me point out specifically which part of the stone I wanted! Fantastic selection, stellar customer service.

They did an extremely poor job of installing our expensive granite. They even broke it either when they loaded it, transported it or unloading it. They never said a word until my husband noticed it. They were not prepared with the needed items to install the granite and the installation team never communicated any of our issues to the business. Very disappointed with this business.

We started our kitchen countertop search process with trepidation because we were on a tight budget and we didn't know how to match upgraded countertops while keeping our traditional brown cabinets. Enter Toluca Granite. Lauren, one of the owners, carefully listened to our preferences and examined photos of our existing kitchen. The complimentary design assistance she provided us with was significantly better than any of the other stores we visited. Lauren was patient enough to spend several hours with us and let us choose what part of the slab we could use, even taping it off to help us visualize it better.And then afterwards, we got lucky and found another coordinating remnant that was one of our first choices we had been willing to purchase retail. We came in way under budget with a higher quality quartz and an outcome way nicer than anything we could have imagined ourselves. We will DEFINITELY be returning to Toluca in the future.

Awesome shop and staff! been working with them for a long time and they recently helped me with my home office project, they also provide painting services, Great one stop shop.I had a specific requirement, they kept me posted by providing me photos and alternatives that fit my project needs. This was my very first stone countertop install. All my properties before had the cheap builder stuff, including my current home. After 25 years, it was really high time to upgrade my home, but I was a little worried about the whole countertop process. Toluca took the time to explain how things work, gave us a lot of quote from various stoneyards we visited. Sometimes, that took time, but I think the communication with the stoneyards is difficult and probably not Toluca's fault. In any case, we werent in a big hurry. There install guys did a perfect job and when we complained about one bar piece that was a little too big (our fault really, their measurements were exactly what we had asked, we just changed our mind when we saw it installed), they took it back to the shop and cut us a new one from the leftover material. I would post pictures, as our Taj Mahal Quartzite looks very impressive, but since the kitchen is not complete yet (no backsplash, no refaced cabinets), I will do that later.
