After visiting, I will no longer shop for pet supplies anywhere else! Incredible high quality selections, and the staff is so kind and knowledgeable! Was stoked to hear about the Pet Club Annual Membership as we will be frequenting this store in the future.

We would like to compliment one of your truly exceptional team members. Zac is always so helpful every time we interact with him. He is such a kind and genuine person and takes his job seriously. Zac always goes above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of and that we are completely satisfied. He will take the time to research any question we might have if he doesn’t know the answer off the top of his head, which we must add…is rare. This is extremely overdue...I am a long time client of Tomlinson's and I follow Zach from store to store! He's a breath of fresh air and so pleasant to visit with. He is super educated on all food and products. He is a trustworthy source for everything pet related and is a "bottomless pit of information." Zach has never steered me wrong! Great staff, with very good production selection, and a local business with multiple locations for convenient access. They also give back to the community by having a yearly food drive to benefit local shelters. Suffice it to say that with Tomlinsons here, I've never felt the need to buy pet products from the big box stores or the internet.

You feel good purchasing anything from this store because brands are ethical & truly in the best interest of all breeds. Staff is attentive & welcoming, Sam helped me find brands I trust to switch to for my dogs nutrition. She was kind enough to help me set up a membership & help carry out my purchases to my car. Exchanges/returns are super flexible which tells me they care about clients & their satisfaction. My new favorite place to shop for my golden! High quality service & product :)

As a long time customer that has spent a considerable amount of money with this establishment I am extremely disappointed in the way my daughter and I were treated while shopping for her recently adopted rescue. Treating me like I am an undesirable I preferred clientele and going as far as to demand holding dog treats at the counter with allowing me to shop in peace without hovering over me. After I made my $100 plus purchase this specific employee went over to the dog harness area were my daughter and I selected on to check and make sure we did not take anything. Our visit was discriminatory at best. At least there is Healthy Pets, and Hollywood Feed.
