$50 cleaning fee for a $68 rental on a tiller? Younger gentleman told me he was going to charge a cleaning fee bringing back a tiller and I laughed a little honestly because there was some dry dirt on the tines. You’re in the rental business, that is a part of rental fees not a cleaning fee on top. I used to do a lot of business there and have never been charged anything extra as I always take care of it. Will not be renting anything from here ever again.

Do not do a good job keeping track of large equipment status. Called in one evening asking about mini skid steer availability. Employee who answered the phone told me the equipment was available for rent. The next morning I drove 20 minutes to rent the equipment only to be told that it was down for maintenance and it’s not available.

The older gentleman that works in customer service is extremely rude and refused to process a return out of laziness. We contacted Home Depot and were flat out told he was not doing his job, his co workers told us to come back on another day and that "he is a known issue."

Not good Home Depot! Your website says curbside is available until 6, but then you have to check in on the app and apparently the app cuts off curbside at 5pm. Then you go in to pick up your curbside order to find out that items were canceled even though it said they have lots in stock. Only to go look for yourself and find the exact item they canceled! Do better.

This has been my Home Depot location for several years now. Not any longer. It has gone down the toilet. The level of incompetence is off the chart here. I've wasted so much time trying to get someone to help me. I tried to buy a power tool, and it was locked behind a cage. I went to customer service to have them call someone to help me. They made the call, I waited for 15 minutes, no one showed up. I went to the checkout and asked again. Same thing. I tried one more person, and they said they didn't have the keys and they would call someone. Over 30 minutes standing by the power tool cabinet, and no one showed up. When I finally had enough and decided just to walk out, two of the people I had asked, saw me walking out empty handed and they just said, "bye." They weren't even busy, and there were several workers standing around, but no one seemed to have access to the tool chest, and no one seemed interested in helping. I had the same problem a couple weeks ago when I tried returning a call there regarding some blinds I had ordered. I kept getting transferred, hung up on, and it took me several calls and a lot of time to finally talk to the right person.If corporate sees this, they really should be concerned. If I were a business owner, I would be embarrassed if this were my shop. I've spent a lot of money there, and had planned on spending more. I've been patient and polite, but I can't go here anymore. I'm just disgusted. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else---anywhere else.

Moving out of my apartment soon and needed some paint to cover some holes i filled in my walls. I was able to receive a paint match quickly and easily at the paint counter. The employee at the counter was super helpful. I did think that the color needed a little more blue so he told me that if after I painted, I still thought so that I could come back and he would add it for me. Great service and super helpful!

Usually not a fan of Home Depot but the employees here really set it apart from all the others. Very helpful, pleasant even as we kept them past 10pm looking for our items.

I rented a carpet washer from this store it was such a seamless process. I needed just the rug in one room cleaned so I was able to return it in under 4 hours and save some money. I also really appreciate that the 4hr rental window is available because you don't always need 24hrs. The machine was easy to use and clean and we only had to buy one product, which we mixed with water. Key to note is that you will need to go over dirty spots several times and I highly recommend vacuuming the water off more than once. We did 2 more vacuums after the initial vacuum when washing and it still took 3 days with open widows and fans before I felt like the entire carpet was dry and the wet carpet smell mostly gone. I think that would have been minimized if we vacuumed a few more times. Regardless, I highly recommend as an affordable, quick option to getting your carpet cleaned.

Mostly decent experience with this place, tool rentals were smooth. Youve got to pick through the lumber to find the right stuff.

All I can say is whew! My cousin drug me along to help her get supplies for her garden. The team here was absolutely amazing Ian help load over 30 bags of soil, mulch etc. Eduardo also helped us load the car. Alierez is brand new to the team, but he was still very helpful and lead us to the right places and people. Christopher helped us find all of the right materials that we needed. And Josiyah helped us get checked out accurately. A huge thank you to those guys. We couldn't have done it without them.P.S. Ian's can-do attitude is top-tier.

Horrible service don't have anyone Staffed for the electrical department or have someone capable of cutting some damn wire at least have the manager to know at least a little bit of everything like come'on. Smfh

Husband and I almost always find what we need. That the reason for the three stars. Now, if you're looking for something new to you senses, meaning something you never seen or needed before but now you do.... and you need guidance in finding it, forget about it here, no one will help you here! You better know what you're looking for, and you better know where you can find it! Lol I'm serious! Before we would ask for help and either you get the grumpy old man that says he's already helping someone which he really isn't, he's just avoiding so he doesn't have to help you, or you get the teenager/young adult that acts new to the job to avoid leaving the conversation with the other colleagues that you clearly interrupted with your petition... So, now, if we need something, we roam the isles clueless until we find what we need... If you have any returns or online orders, prepare yourself with patience because the employees can be very rude and annoyed.

This Home Depot is fine, but the customer service is not the best. A few weeks ago I went for potting soil and asked a salesperson if they had small bags of potting soil, they said no, so I went and looked for it myself and lo and behold, they had it. Today I went for bottled water and accidentally went to customer service instead of checkout and they treated me like I was stealing. Jeez, just show me where the checkout is or check me out. It's confusing. The other Home Depot on I-35 is WAY better.

The store canceled the delivery of my washer, dryer, & dishwasher without notifying me! The manager Kathy was incredibly rude, denied all accountability, yelled at me, and then proceeded to hang up on me. I will not be returning to this location, but going to muller where they had to fix Kathy's & her teams extreme failures. I hope that Home Depot corp reads this and acts on Kathy's unacceptable behaviors!
