While shopping at home depot I was approached by a rep of STATEWIDE REMODLE. Made an appointment for bathroom consult. Wife sold a bill of goods by 2 elderly female "Designers" who were nothing but high pressure sales agents. $28,000.00 later my bathroom is gutted but I did get a new plastic step in shower and tile floor. We were then told STATEWIDE does not do PAINT,CABINETS, ELECTRIC nor PLUMBING. NEED TO SPEND ANOTHER $12k+ TO FINISH WHAT I thought was part of the original quote. Check though made out to STATEWIDE was cashed by HOME DEPOT. Stay away from STATEWIDE and just to be sure you are not conned out of your money STAY AWAY from HOME DEPOT. Lowes must be close by

This location is the only Home Depot you can go to if you want a custom rug. I tried other Home Depots but the employees had zero clue how to order one using their own custom rug service and loads of apathy. At this location, Sharon McCrary is the best. She is so knowledgeable, will follow up with you to make sure your rug is delivered on time, will go the extra mile. I can't thank her enough for her help and I hope management recognizes they have a stellar employee.

This is my go to Home Depot! The staff are extremely helpful and always greet you when they see you.Recently I rented a cargo van as well, the online process to pickup was very smooth and couldn't be happier. I had ordered a huge 8' workbench that that had to be stored in receiving and the staff brought that to us ASAP and away we went in the rental. We made it back within 75 minutes and the rental was just $29.00!

This is why I’ve stopped shopping at Home Depot all together. Rude customer service at tool rental. But more importantly came in to pick up a truck that was reserved only to find out they don’t have it available. Just poor service and experience from Home Depot!

I made the mistake of ordering a workbench ship to the store. I knew I should have just paid to ship to my house or even better found it locally. Won't ever make that mistake again. I got emails about it shipping. Got an email on Friday saying it will be ready for pick up Monday. Made arrangements and got a truck. Then the workbench sits at the store all day Monday because your store associates are too lazy to unload a truck. Then I call the store to ask about it and they lie. They told me even though the tracking says it's there it's really not. So who is a liar? Them or you? I don't give money to liars and people that waste my time. Lesson learned. Luckily Lowe's is right across the highway from Home Depot. It is very very rare to find a business that does not have lazy liars as employees. Home Depot is not alone.

I've been sitting on this review for a while giving HD a chance to respond. It's been 4 weeks so here goes. Cutting to the chase: Do Not purchase any large appliances from HD! We had been shopping for a new fridge for quite a while. The fridge we wanted appeared on sale at HD and we jumped on it. The POS at HD was fine and the sales Rep was great. After the POS our customer experience was abysmal. Here are the high(low)lights DM me if you want the gory details. Scheduling delivery: I received multiple texts canceling, rescheduling, and then rescheduling for the original date. Guess what no fridge arrived on the scheduled date. Their unhelpful and nonprofessional customer service Reps informed me that I should not rely on their text messages even though you are prompted to sign up for text messages. Multiple calls and the fridge arrives, damaged. We then schedule another delivery. 2nd fridge arrives. There is a greasy film on the left door that neither I nor the installers can remove and the logo on the right door is installed crooked. Multiple calls ensue and I am promised that a service team will arrive with 2 new doors. Days later they show up sans doors. A call to service and I was informed that the doors were not ordered and even though I spent an hour on the phone with the previous agent he did not enter any case notes. Two doors and a logo arrive at my house. Tech arrives and I inform him that we were able to remove the grease from the left door so all he needs to do is remove the crooked logo and install the new one. I offer him my level which he declines. Einstein proceeds to use a metal putty knife to remove the logo which scratches the door. Thirty minutes later a new door is installed and guess what he installs the logo crooked. It is just off plumb so at this point we are done. After all the aggravation a scratched front door and floors they offer me $500, which I accepted. During my last call, I asked to escalate the call and was told that there was no one to escalate the call to. This was a customer fail on so many levels.... Buyer Beware!!!

There are so many amazing employees at this location!! Elizabeth was such a help at customer service! Logan knew exactly what i needed in hardware without any hesitation Tyler in lumber as well as Zee are excellent performers! anytime i walk in their never not busy which is beautiful to see in any place of work Lizzy at pro check out helped me with replacing my doors and her judgement was spot on! Also their managers at this location are very on top of making sure customers are taken care of

One another's location to try and find a particular style of picket. Unfortunately they do not have the same selections on the larger locations. Parking lot is a little congested here. There's also a box of nails at the entrance that must've exploded when it fell off a contractors pick up. It's been along the curb at the entrance for at least a week. Great selection of lumber. Lumber isles or congested with pallets and carts of merchandise

Worst service I have ever received at any Home Depot ever. The assistant manager Bailey seen in this picture didn't understand how a phone sale worked and didn't allow me to give him my company's number in order to make the sale instead they wanted my personal number . I explained to them how that doesn't work as a contractor and was met with complete ignorance by both assistant managers Bailey being the most incompetent

I was browsing around looking for something in their bathroom section. I didn't see what I was looking for. But I did see some snake plants for under $5.00 which was a nice surprise. I bought 2 of them. And I love them!

The self-checkout person - Michelle (Name on receipt) is awful. I asked her about securing a gift card which she was standing near. I asked would have to do anything during my check-out. She was like NO. I ring up my gift card and it immediately stated "the station needs assistance". She walks away from me. She starts a conversation with another employee. She stayed away from me for a while and the machine kept repeating itself. She comes back to the middle and sips her soda and asks me if I needed assistance. The other employee that she was talking with says she will be right with you as they both were laughing. She comes over to assist. I asked her why she did not assist early realizing that I needed her assistance since she handed me the gift card. There was no answer or justification for her behavior. This is truly a Customer Service issue and not a pandemic issue.

This Home Depot is pretty good but they loose a star for their lumber department's cutting/saw center. I get wood cut a lot and only the experienced workers can cut the wood to accurate measurements for me, most of the employees working the saw can't get the measurements accurate enough and need more practice. This happens time and time again here

Mrs. Mary M at the Customer Service Desk was amazing! My fiancé ordered a bathtub online but was told to ask for my Military Discount upon pickup at the store. Mrs. Mary said she wasn't able to on her end since it was an online purchase but said she would call the Online Customer Service to try and get the discount. Mrs. Mary was originally told no by the first online representative but then asked to speak with the online manager. Lets just say Mrs. Mary got us my Military Discount and definitely Supports The Military!!
