I buy from a LOT of pawn shops in town. Most of the stuff in here is 20% above average used prices, whereas other shops are 10-20% below.
Lots of inventory and good selection, but that's because nobody wants to pay the prices so it sits around.

I’m very aware that pawnshops have to buy merchandise at a price that they can make a profit on, but this place is a complete joke. The offer I got from my firearm and other items was an insult basically Giving my items away for free

If you like paying more for retail than the new item, this is your place. The manager came out and said everything was negotiable. Why not have actually resonible prices to begin with?

This place has a TON of items but the prices are HORRIBLE but not as bad as the customer service. I walked in, no one said anything then finally a young lady asked what I was looking for (NOT may I help you or anything) so I told her and you could tell that she didn't have a clue what I was asking for so then she decided to ask a young man about it and he pointed out a few things. First off the prices were ASTRONOMICAL high and second, who works at at pawn shop with Sunday dress clothes on?! After 2 minutes in there I just walked out because everything about this place is horrible and they need friendlier people to work there.

Have them test all items, especially electronics, for full functionality before leaving! I purchased a PS4 controller under the guise that it was fully functional. Home testing resulted in no functioning Bluetooth. Controller ONLY functions if it is directly connected to the game console. I was told there are no refunds OR exchanges.

Hands down the worst pawn shop in Austin. Sells fake items from watches to earrings, to guitars etc. anything from this place can’t be verified so you might as-well assume it’s a knock off. The two dimwits working in the shop have no respect for customers that are the reason the store is even in business still. There is a pawn shop right across the highway that’s 10 times better as they aren’t struggling so hard they need to scam their customers. Save your time and money and go across the highway and do your part in getting shady businessmen out of town
