Had to order replacement armrests for the chair l bought in 2017. It took 3 months, but they finally arrived. Not just the armrests, but the entire chair arms. Shout out to Jose for all the quick replies to my "Do we have a status?" emails.

Initially we had good experience but once item was delivered and we tried to reach out, no one is responsive. We sent multiple emails but no call or email back. It has been well over 2 weeks now. As a business, you always want to keep your client happy by at least communicating in some way but this is lacking on TOPS side.

The new stuff looked ok, but a little on the expensive side. The used is stained, missing parts...I would buy from here if I was a start up with little cash flow.

Cant afford to lease or buy from here but i do know thats not all they do as far as selling something you sit on , top of the gun line I guess. Dont jump on the furniture.

This is a great place to go to look for random office supplies at a great discount. They are usually well stocked with pens, paper, folders and other basic office disposables. The great part are the fixtures, furniture and electronics which rotate fairly often. I've always been able to find a great chair here at deep discount. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable too. Also, don't be afraid to ask for a discount if you need a lot of something. They really like to clear their inventory.

Got a great deal on a used Steelcase Leap V2. Employees were friendly, didn't stalk, answered questions, got me checked out and on my way. Take your checkbook or cash if you plan to spend over $500 because those credit card points aren't going to pay here (this did not impact me personally as my purchase was under $500).

I am SO excited I did my homework and found the perfect chair at the right price at Tops! I have a really bad back due to a car accident and needed a chair that was extraordinary so to not endure more pain or have my roommate pick me up out of a chair from work at home due to back spasms. Jose worked with me and he is super sincere and honest. He was sitting in the same chair I purchased, so that says something! His customer service was exceptional and I never felt any pressure. He simply just wanted to make sure I was getting what truly worked for me. It's the best! Thank you Jose for all of your help! I highly recommend Tops and also Jose as an honest, genuine and knowledgeable person to help you find what you're looking for! You guys rock!
