I usually love Tory Burch, but my experience at The Domain location was honestly very upsetting.
I walked in asking about a specific bag, and the sales associate immediately told me they didn’t have it. When I mentioned that the website showed one available in this store, he checked again and brought it out. Then he told me it wasn’t on sale, even though the website clearly showed a discount. After I pushed back, he checked again and finally confirmed the discounted price.
But what really bothered me was what happened next. Instead of letting me stay inside to complete my purchase, he told me to wait by the door and brought the card machine to me like I wasn’t even allowed to step in. After I paid, he went back inside and left me standing there for about 7 minutes before bringing the bag.
The whole interaction felt uncomfortable, dismissive, and far from the level of service I expected. I left the store feeling unwelcome, even though I was there to make a purchase.
I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should be made to feel that way.

Was going Christmas shopping with my daughter and was met by this lovely associate. Janiyla(spell check) was so nice and overly accommodating. They didn’t have my daughter shoe size but that didn’t stop the associate from going out her way to make sure we had a good experience. Thank you Janiyla!

I find that looking for something with the male sales associates is easier than with the female ones. Today 9/28 I bought the glitter pavé sandals in black and at first the guy was going to help me but a woman did instead and was very rude. What's the point in taking over if you're just going to be rude? I was dressed down because I'm shopping and I want to feel comfortable and I'm a teacher who dresses up all five days of the week so when I'm not working I just want to be free. I have been to this location several times and the atmosphere is very negative. The associates especially the women treat you based on how you look, but the funny thing is, I wonder if they could afford a sandal from the store? If not, and if yes still be respectful. I would give one star but the guy made me change my mind just by one star.

I’m so glad I stepped in Tory Birch yesterday. I am a first time customer and Jesse made sure I had the best shopping experience. As soon as I saw the shoe collection, I knew I needed to go home with a pair. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the fit and comfort level of different styles. I will have to go back to check out their sunglasses that caught my eye as I was walking out. Such a great time shopping with Tory Birch and I can’t wait to wear my sandals!

Went into the store on 6/13/2025 as I was on vacation in town for a graduation party I had been wanting some Tory Burch slides for the longest but of course saw a purse first, checked out the purse and then saw the slides that would match, decided to try on the slides to see which ones would fit best and it seemed that it was an issue for the sales person to bring out the sizes, she bought out two sizes that they had in the shoe but they didn’t quite fit so I asked for a size in another color to make sure that if I’m ordering and having them shipped to my house that it wouldn’t be an issue. The hesitancy made me second guess my purchase. I went ahead and ordered but I can agree that as far as customer service goes the sales lady that I dealt with could have been better. To the point that I might return the slides when I get them. If I would’ve have a better experience I might’ve purchased the purse that matched the slides. I was dressed casually as it’s definitely hot in Austin but you shouldn’t have to be dressed up to receive great customer service! I could also possibly chalk it up to age but that’s still not an excuse. When working with customers there should never be a time that a customer feels that their hard earned money is not wanted. I went right into David Yurman and received great customer service! As someone who prides themselves on customer service this store/sales clerk definitely missed the bar. Seems like some re-training needs to be done. Thankfully, I go to Austin to just visit and this is not my home store.

Manager Gus, his assistant managers and staff always go above and beyond to make sure you experience the best customer service! They love their product and it shows. Always willing to offer great fashion advice and most importantly they want you to be happy with your purchase. It’s always a pleasure to shop at this Tory Burch. This last visit I had Gracy assisting me and she was so helpful in my new purchase. This store also has a wealth of information regarding product knowledge and that’s always a plus for me. Thank you!

I can definitely afford these bags. I came in once & was not wearing the best clothes & was using a torn down purse. The point is, the associates didn’t even bother to ask if I needed help. I decided to leave. The next time I walked in, I was dressed up Sundays best & immediately got attention. Love their bags but judging upon someone’s looks is not a good look on the business.

I went in the store today, talked with a young lady around 12:20pm, I was wearing flower colored leggings with a white tank tee shirt. She had a black dress. I brought a purse from a Tory Burch Store only used in 3 times. I brought “2” that day. It’s around 3 years old but I stored it in the cloth bag and the bag it was wrapped in. I have many bags. But the top of the bag just started peeling when I took it out a few days ago. I brought from LA Cantera, but the young lady did not ask for a receipt or look it up in the system.The young What she said was, it’s probably cheaper to get it repaired at Austin Shoe Hospital—I’m new here, Come to find out it’s vinyl it will just keep peeling. I’m thinking quality. I liked Tory Burch but the young lady customer service …………… and didn’t even try to help. I probably would have brought another purse if she attempted to satisfy the customer. And I do have a receipt. Don’t judge.
