I wasn’t going to do this but I think you need to know. I was recently at your store I’m new to Austin but have always shopped at total wine. There was a lady standing in the Aisle who I assumed was answering questions and directing customers. When I approached her to ask a simple question her demeanor completely changed. I asked her to direct me to where dry wines were. She reluctantly told me that dry wines were mixed in everywhere that they were in no specific place. Then she pointed to an aisle and said all of those are dry and walked away. Of course as I browsed the aisle it was apparent that all those wines were not dry in fact I never even found a dry wine in that aisle. Let’s just say I’ll find a different place to purchase wine going forward.

The prices on wines and spirits are very good. Plus, you can find a wide variety of beers.
The staff is always very friendly. 💕

Great keg selection. Very nice store. They have huge selection of booze. I really appreciate it the Great service. Amazing selection of Gins. But avoid the over price snacks.

I don't know how I'm only just now leaving a review for this place. While I don't usually drop one for every place I visit unless I have a truly exceptional experience, I have to start off by saying that this is every time I walk in the door here. I also feel like I should say, if it's not too immodest, that I feel like I have a decent amount of time & experience in the service industry, so I'd like to generally think I have a pretty good eye for when a staff is consistently functional, effective, and efficient at delivering quality customer service, both at the individual employee level & as an entire team. So, I really do mean dropping a review is an occasional type of thing for me. This location of Total Wine & More is definitely one of my top 3 favorite liquor stores I've ever been to. Also, special shout-out to Chris & Mark! There's helping guests find what they want, & then there's helping guest's discover whole new worlds of spirits they'll fall in love with😁. While they know just about everything you'd ever need to about nearly every brand of liquor in that store (& more lol), ask for them specifically if you're into Tequila, Mezcal, other agave spirits, Sotol, etc. I'd give y'all eleven out of five stars if I could. Thanks!!

I had a great experience at Total Wine. I went in about an hour after they opened, and there were plenty of associates available to help. They were attentive and knew what they were doing. I told them I wanted Don Julio 70, which is usually locked up, and they quickly found it, got it for me, and had it ready at checkout. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The store was in good shape, and the staff made it easy. I’d definitely shop here again.
Don Julio 70 Cristalino is way better than Don Julio 1942 and half the price.

Excellent customer service. Very kind and patient staff. Even though I live 30 minutes away, this is my liquor store of choice. The selection is the best you can find outside of online stores and the staff is knowledgeable about their products.
