I usually go to Trader Joe's for various items. They carry all kinds of stuff like produce, premade meals, frozen food, coffee choices, chips, and various other items. The store is big but not overwhelmingly huge. It's bright and clean and once you know where everything is you can get in and out of there quickly. I appreciate the friendly people that work there. They are always helpful. Checkout varies depending on how busy they are but most of the time it's pretty quick. Great grocery store.

This was one of the first Trader Joe's in the Austin area many years ago and it's located conveniently off MOPAC on Bee Caves Road for those looking to avoid downtown. It's a very suburban location with lots of retirees, at home parents, and soccer moms and dads. This store is pretty spacious and is bigger than the one in the arboretum. The format is fairly similar to most stores except the one downtown. Staff isn't as friendly as the other Trader Joe's in town and the parking lot is suburban hell. Lots of people just backing out without looking causing all kinds of parking lot jams. Just enter and leave the parking lot with caution and you will be ok.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Every time I have a question, they either know the answer, or go and research it. The ever changing food offerings provide much anticipation. Quality products. Go there to shop!

I've never met a person who doesn't love Trader Joes. Of course, you have to put up with all the crowdedness and long checkout lines that can wrap around the store sometime. But the food and the prices make up for it. The employees are always very friendly and helpful when I've been here too. Definitely try the Palak Paneer!

I wish I woulda noticed the guys name, but a huge THANK YOU to the manager that held my dog outside for a single item purchase in the store. I am puppy sitting and didn’t want to risk coming back to a chewed leather car seat. I’ve notice this TJ’s in particular has really great staff, but that was ABOVE & BEYOND.TY,Paul

The store is well supplied considering its size! All the produce I get here is GMO free! I don't have to worry about checking every label! The store tends to get crowded and it's hard to squeeze by the aisles. But the quality of the products are very good! Y'a have to try the blondie mix! It's the best! ( Make it with Kerrygold butter)!

I have a few grievances:1. You are unable to buy what are standard grocery items in many grocery stores and even bodegas. (product availability)2. The employees eat and take their break at the Panera next door and abandon their plates and trash on the tables when they leave. (employee behavior)

I can't get enough of Trader Joe's. It's my go-to grocery store in Austin. It has everything I need and more. The store is always spotless and well-stocked and ready to shop. I never have to worry about finding what I want or waiting in long lines. The prices are reasonable and the quality is superb. The produce is super fresh and the wine selection is impressive. I always find something new and exciting to try, from Gingerbread Ice Cream to Olive Fougasse. The staff is courteous and helpful. They always greet me with a smile and offer suggestions or samples.Trader Joe's has won me over with its passion for quality and variety. I hope you have the same experience as me when you try them. You won't regret it!

There is nothing not to love about Trader Joe’s and I will take Trader Joe’s over Walmart anytime the only competitor they have in my book is Aldi but of course not for organic. My only complaint is that there aren’t enough Trader Joe’s in Austin and I have to drive at least 15 to 20 minutes for the one downtown or the one west I just wish there was one at Mueller instead of sprouts which is way overpriced.

Love the staff here, love the great prices and fun selection. Two stars off for narrow asiles and the store is just too small. Close janky Randall's and move TJ to that location. They always make extra $$ from my impulse buys while waiting in line. So perhaps that's the MO?

It was my first time at this location when a stocker came up to me in the freezer section and told me he liked to finger the shrimp pouches?? He said he really liked when they squelched :/ At first, I wasn't even sure if he was an employee but he had the TJ shirt on and when I turned back around to ask him to repeat himself, he was gone. I didn't catch his name but he had this little mole on his lip that reminds me of the austin powers scene, you know? The whole thing made my shopping experience weird and unsettling. Don't think I'd go back here again...
