Walked into this place because I wanted to look at some earrings and the lady behind the counter started to put up the jewelry slowly? They close at 7 and we were there around 5:30-6. She didn't bother to even ask us if we would like to look at anything. Terrible service. Felt judged because we came in casual clothing and we looked young.

I have to give one star to Post, this place is HORRIBLE to simply do a ring sizing (smaller)! The lady behind the counter lied about the damage done to a family ring, the ring had cracks in the gold after her husband tried to resize it! Took it around the corner to have another Jeweler look at it and he said, you can see where he bent the ring and tried to straighten it back, leaving it cracked! I went back to Ngoc Tran Jewelery and the lady (his wife), wanted the ring back to "fix and repair it" after she accused it being cracked in the first place! I refused, if you are going to fix Jewelery you should do it as accordingly the first time!! They knew the ring being cracked in several places was their fault! Poor service, Horrible repair!! Hell, should of known if they don't even take time to clean their fish tanks (poor fish), then why would anyone think this place would take care of anyone else's things! If you need repair or sizing don't take it here, save yourself the suffering of their sorry a$$ repair!!
