1. Horrible service to the disabled
Pulled up, a man in a wheelchair was waiting in the hot sun for an employee to open the door. No one came. There was someone at the register, register is straight ahead of entrance door where he could be clearly seen from. Still no one came to the door, I had to be the one to open it for him.
2. Overpriced clothes: pictures attached. $10 for a pair of basketball shorts that are torn in the private area.
Do not recommend.

I was visited Treasure City Thrift yesterday and met Neon! Such a cool name for a kind person. I also bought this book of Chinese cross stitch. All of their profits go to places that help people. Please shop her to support your community ? ✨

This store is groovy! The vibe is carried well by the bomb women working there! Also, they have some schweeet finds and it smelled wonderful when I came in! I’ll keep coming in!

I am grateful that this store offers a last Sunday of the month gathering, I have found many pieces and helps keeps the Austin generous vibe I would like to see management update during holidays. This is their downfall they don't answer phone calls or update the website or answering Srvc so short of driving out and not knowing whether they'll be open or not during the holidays it makes it disappointing. Mgmt. please update the community too many have to drive, ride the bus or walk just to get to you.I also have volunteered a couple of times at the end to gather the totes to help the lonely person doing it by themselves.

Thrifting is my hobby, so I was super excited when I decided to make the trek here. Boy was I disappointed. The book choices were very scarce and cheaper at the Goodwill. The electronics section looked like a 1985 Radio Shack. And the clothes were way overpriced for what they were. In summary, skip this thrift store and head to one of the many others in town that actually are good.
