If you’re ordering windows or doors, go to an actual window or door company directly not a third party like this. Dealt with a very new salesman who had no idea what he was doing and asked to deal directly with someone else who was more knowledgeable and was turned down. The quality of the product I received is not in line at all with what I described that I wanted and what they “sold” me on. Items were lost in transit. Other items were wrong.However, I do very much like their kitchen department. The woman there is wonderful to speak with and work with. And they do have a large selection of items to look at for the “surface home remodel” touches.But as far as a true builder supply store for the foundational items for a build, seek elsewhere.
