I have been a resident of the apartments for more than a year and there has never been a person as kind and beautiful as Miss Mindy. Even though she has a lot of work, she is always very kind, helps you and explains everything you need, makes the procedures easier and less tedious, thank you!!!

This scammers Trio apartments, are trying to charge rent months after i already left the property and then damaging my credit score through an collection agency . I have all the proofs and i’m going to escalate this matter!!! You are going to held accountable! I attached the status of the property at that time. And even that i always paid on time. When i moved out (prior 60 days notice) i left the keys and they said it was all good and they told me they’ll be sending me the final statement ( my balance was 0 ) and then they started trying to charge me as if i still was living there!!! And now they are trying to rip me off $6,000 dollars . I’m ready to escalate this matter!

Let’s start at the beginning. We faced issues on the move in being constantly told a certain date only to be told on that date that It would “not be possible.” After calling the overhead management, Jose told me I “got him in trouble” and every interaction we had with him was very hostile afterwords. The apartment itself was horrible. We had been told an address in the main complex only to find out it was in “phase 3” upon signing the lease. The area was surrounded by homeless camps and smelled like rot from standing water. Upon entering the apartment there was a heavy cockroach infestation, no fire alarms, extinguishers and we came to find out cold water. After the cold water was fixed a week later we did not have hot water in the shower. After submitting requests for everything we were told hot water could not be fixed by the maintenance team. We waited 6 weeks for them to approve a contractor. During which, the roach problem only got worse despite pest control, the fire safety issues were not fixed, animals got into the ceiling, and we had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of food the roaches got into. Additionally I had my truck broken into resulting in $1000 worth of damages, the homeless camp next door caught on fire, and we found multiple meth pipes and foils outside the apartment. Every interaction we had with the leasing staff was horrible and we would email and call to no avail to the point where I would need to leave work early to get to the office to get some response. On our second month we were, as stated in our lease, to receive the month free however instead we received an eviction notice right before the office closed, telling us to get out by midnight. Upon raining hell over email, to no response, I went in to the office, dealt with Jose’s sass, and was later told “oh it was a mistake” We called code enforcement who toured our property and documented the issues and said “this place is a joke” after 2 months of living in this and cold showers we finally decided to call it quits. Mind you our hot water had still not been fixed and fire safety not addressed. However we needed to still pay the lease break fee and 2 additional months worth of rent. We are well within our rights to break the lease without the fees but in response to that the leasing manager said if they allowed us to than they would have to allow anyone to break it for similar reasons. In my god honest option they damn well should cause the place is horrible and not fit for living as confirmed by code enforcement and the Austin tenets council.
I pray for you to find ANYWHERE else.
