I have had nothing but Positive experiences here at this Lakeline Location. Almendra helped me with my first Auto loan and she was outstanding. Absolutely horrific experience with this bank. Opened a business account with them. Deposited multiple checks and everything was fine. All the sudden I deposit a check from a client I have already done work for before. Through the same bank account. And they put a hold on it for investigation of fraud. When you call to investigate, you were not allowed to talk to the investigator and nobody is allowed to talk to him either and they’re only allowed to work off of the notes that he has written down for the case. Which is never anything. 20 business days later and my check is still on hold and now they have officially closed my account and I am not allowed to recover my funds. I had the client who wrote me the check call their bank and their bank said they cleared the check 20 business days ago and there is nothing they can do about it because they already approved the charge and sent the money. So they have had the money the entire time and chose to do this on purpose. FRAUDSTERS. SCAMMERS. I have now been out $3,882 since this has happened. Still yet to see the money. And have no idea how I will. Since they told me I am not allowed to recover it. Not only that but they also froze our account since the false accusations. Which we had money in… now our account is closed with no hope of seeing that money… STAY AWAY

Please never have any business with this freaking bank, they will close your account without any justification simply saying it's fraud, if you are so good at detecting fraud why don't you go detecting the voter fraud lol!!!

My first time at this branch location and the teller could brush up on her customer service skills or maybe she wasn't happy because I inconvenienced her conversation with the previous customer.

Cathy is the most intelligent banker of all the truist banks in the area.
Background: my accounts got locked 🔒 and I had ZERO access to my money or accounts. I went to 2 locations and they told me they could not help me. I was in a blind rage.
Solution: I have talked to Cathy many times. She's super helpful and fun! I finally came up to cedar park and Cathy fixed everything in 10 minutes. I will never go anywhere else. Cathy IS THE BEST. THANK YOU!!! 😊

This branch is right around the corner, and that’s the only reason why I go there, but this guy, Markcus, has horrible customer service every time I stop by. I usually give people grace, but first impressions go a long way. I don’t know if he needs an attitude adjustment or is having a bad day, but he could work on his approach and body language. He’s very selective toward customers, I must say, because his attitude appeared to be more welcoming towards a regular customer. I don’t care if I’m new or old; everyone should be treated the same. I opened this account for my business, and if I didn’t know any better, I would close my account. I'm not going to let one bad seed ruin my views on this company, but he should represent the company better.Shanelle Gaddis

Markus Young was the best! I went to other branches first for a wire transfer and they were unable to complete it. Mr. Markus completed the transfer quickly and efficiently! I recommend him traveling to other branches surrounding the Austin area to assist and show them the process.

I have banked with this bank for numerous years, and for numerous name changes and policies. They have just gotten less and less competent. No matter what they issue they cannot handle it. Their staff on the phone is nice but I believe they are based in Atlanta.They are incompetent and I would NEVER ever reccomend them to anyone. TRUIST STAY AWAY!!

Everytime I come into this bank there is an issue with customer service. At first it was the older woman that was extremely rude and now the other woman.We just recently switched banks and just asking questions I recieve bad attitude and the tone in these woman voice is disturbing and rude.The young gentleman with Tatoos is about the only one that has some home training. Very polite and helpful.I've never been to a bank where the tellers are unpleasant and not kind to customers. Will be calling Corperate today

This bank took over my car loan from Sun-trust when they were acquired and they are horrible. Their customer service is severely lacking in knowledge or kindness and they will just hang up on you if they seem to not know something and blame it on Bad phone reception.. I haven't even been with them for a year and I refinancing with another company to get away from them as quick as possible.

Not the best branch to come to , was in line for an inconvenience amount of time just to get told they couldn't help me at all . What's the use then that's why I bank with Chace Bank they only had 3 people on a Monday . That's not enough to take care front lobby and drive through

Cannot believe how BB&T has gone downhill. Been a Personal and Business customer for over 10 years. Called the branch today and the girl who answered the phone was rude ans snooty. When I asked to speak with someone about the PPP loan I was told I had to do it all online. I explained to here that I have questions that could not be answered online. She proceeds to tell me "You have to apply online or not at all". I am about to pull all of our accounts.
