Overpriced on all frames that look decent. Crapy frames for folks that cant afford the nicer ones. My frames broke a week after i got them and the lady that waited on me said my MAP insurance was charity so i didnt qualify for new frames. Thanks TSO!!!!
in November 2024 I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times. the lady on the phone told me if I rescheduled once more....I would be considered two no- shows and not allowed to make any more appointments for the next rest of my life. .... and would have to beg for an appointment on a walk-in basis. their selection of frames is pathetic.... the ones that you pay out of pocket... are ugly.

Dr. Opal Amin is amazing! I am.confident that my vision care is in good hands due to her excellent expertise! The technician who helped me choose my frames was also very knowledgeable, kind! I can't recall her name

Glasses received were not the same perscription that I saw during the exam. Could not see anything differently. Had to pay an extra $100 ( $80 was originally quoted ) for " extra strength " After telling Ann that I couldn't see any rbetter, she told me that I " should " be seeing better. How can she tell me that I'm seeing better ??? Never offered to have me attempt to read a chart, speak to doctor about the variance in the perscription nor anything else. It was 15 min to closing(10/4) and I was told to come back next week to pick out a different frame because I did not have time to select one. It was Friday, why would I have to make another trip back out there...just to pick out a new frame?? I am disabled and it is hard for me to get around.It has been 3weeks and no new glasses. I called an was told " oh, the frame just came in today (10/25) and should be ready by today (10/28) Why noone called or texted me with an update pertaining to the status of my glasses?? Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Customer service was/ is horrible. She also gave me a receipt with Monday's date (10/7) instead of Friday's date (10/4) I was no where Capital Plaza on Monday was actually at another appointment. Soo many red flags/ issues with this experience. Over a month and I don't have glasses😠 Afraid of what I'm going to experience whenever I go to pick them up 🤦🏾♀️
