I just wanted to take a moment to highly recommend and recognize the store manager at this Twin Liquors location. I came in having an absolutely awful, stressful day, complete with a pounding headache and generally feeling miserable.
The manager noticed, and with a wonderfully kind, thoughtful gesture, she completely turned my mood around and put a genuine smile back on my face. That level of personalized care and human kindness is truly exceptional and made a huge difference.
Thank you so much to the manager for being a highlight in my day. I highly recommend this store!

The Prices and selection are fantastic . This location for where ever reason , When I am in line on one of the registers , as I understand each register has its own line, but as I approach the register the female Employee will always say that the other person in the other line was next(basically letting some one else cut in front of me). and completely skip cashing me out. This has happened multiple times which leads me to believe she just doesn't like serving me . This happened today at 1:16pm I ended up in the other line with a very helpful cashier on Terminal 2. Who ever was on the other Terminal Needs to Be remined Her Register has its own Line , and she cant just be picking which customer she wants to cash out . Or at least put signage to indicate one line or Two. While this location is closer too me. I got out of my way to avoid this location when ever I can.

Go to any other location. I made the mistake of placing an order online here and when I came to pick it up they said the order had already been fulfilled. They said it was picked up same day which wasn’t possible because I wasn’t in the state of Texas on that date. I asked them if they could check the security cameras and they said they would on Monday evening (2 days from now). They clearly don’t check their inventory or IDs for pick up. The manager, Angie, and the employee were not helpful or pleasant. They said they I wouldn’t be able to get the product nor would they refund me and that I would have to get a refund through corporate.
And in the end, they found my pick up order in the place they keep pick up orders. The manager laughed and offered an insincere “sorry” for all the inconvenience and incompetence on their part.

I came in at 10:20 or so to pick up an NA spirit to make a cocktail for a sober friend's party this weekend. Picked up a bottle I think Id like, and began looking at other bottles in the store. I walked past someone working in the wine section, who was looking directly at me standing there, eating something, to which I respond with a cheerful "Howdy!". They said nothing. They didn't smile, or gesture, just stared at me while stuffing their face. I left the bottle and walked out. A woman asked if I didn't find what I was looking for, when I walked out, and I said, " No, not today", and left. With the number of places there are to buy booze in this city, customer service matters, and you guys failed the test.

I had a really bad experience at this store. I go to Twin Liquors to buy gifts for clients and on this occasion I had an important call come in at checkout. The lady working the register was a lady with short dark hair, like the one in the review prior to mine. She was really rude and loud in the way she asked for my ID. I showed it to her and then she loudly asked for me to let her scan it, after I had put it away. She was obviously annoyed I was on the phone. I let her know her vibe was off and customer service is bad. Then she literally snatched the product I had purchased out of my hand and canceled the sale. I was blown away by this and asked to speak to the manager. One would think the manager would start off a customer complaint with an apologetic tone. Instead she was just as rude. Customer service is in the pits at this location. I tried to contact the district manager, Mr Broussard, and never got a response. It’s absolutely crazy how a company can lose a client who spends thousands yearly on gifts over one employee with a bad attitude. I will start going to Specs now.

Huge store with tons of selections. 6pm today I walked in looking for a a sugar-free wine. I asked the man at the front desk where those were located. He said “I really don’t know.” No problem. I went to the middle of the store to a lady employee with short, super dark hair who was looking at a computer. I said “excuse me” and the reply was instantaneously “I’m watching something!” My brain about exploded is disbelief, because I happen to work as a customer service trainer. Apparently, someone had stolen something at the store. However, the correct response to a customer would be, “I’m so sorry, would you allow me just a moment?, or perhaps even call over another associate to assist. Needless to say, I exited the store laughing and won’t be returning.
