I like bourbon and rye. All bottles have a discount if you buy 2. This store had a great selection of old Forrester (1920 and other whiskey row series), Elijah Craig (toasted barrel sitting on the shelf), Michter's (even the sour mash) and a bunch of store picks and barrel proofs. The guy, Juan i think his tag said, was very friendly and helpful. The woman at the register made check out quick and easy. I didn't go in but the beer cave cooler looked well stocked and they had all the bartender accessories you would want. They have good cheap stuff too (ie Evan Williams bottled in bond).

The rude they/them that was working when i entered the store at 858 told me she could not sell me anything, I already knew what I wanted would take 2 seconds to grab and pay for it. Why don't you just close at 850 then? It's because "they" didn't want to do their job. I've never had this problem at any other liquor store. If ownership cares, the date Is 7-29-24. They already had their drawer closed and just didn't want to ring anyone else up. Lazy generation of people created by the boomers. Just go to total wine and more. This store sucks big ones.

Standing outside with a line of people including a supplier. They were supposed to open at 10. All the lights are on but the door is locked and there is not an employee to be found. People are annoyed and leaving. Only reason I waited this long is I walked here. Bad service all around. Go somewhere else.

Went into this store a few times, and every time I’ve dealt with someone different. Each individual was rude and lacked customer service experience. I haven’t been back since. 3 strikes and they’re out of a customer. DEFINITELY don’t recommend this place, I’d rather drive down the street to a hole in the wall liquor store than spend my money here

dripping Springs Twin Liquor store.associate E10226 was not having a good day. I questioned why they would not honor their sticker prices, and he said the sale starts Thursday. He said at the end"Go Away ". and I said, did you just tell me to go away, and he said yes.doesn't need to be working with people.

My Spouse and I decided to us a new location to pick up our party supplies. I was extremely impressed by the very Bright Young Man (Aladin). His recommendations helped to make our supplies a complete success. I WANT TO MAKE SURE you get a kudos for your time. My Spouse and I will continue to use this location for our shopping needs. I would recommend this location to anyone that would like a friendly smile, knowledge of the inventory. This made our Day.

I recently had a relative purchase 6 bottles of Pinot Grigio for me from the Round Rock location, as a birthday gift. He had intended to purchase a gift card but the attendant informed him that they were not able to issue gift cards at the time, and encouraged him to purchase a few bottles of wine, assuring him that it could be exchanged as long as the receipt was presented. I went to the Burnet location exactly one week after the purchase date to exchange the Pinot Grigio for Chardonnay, with receipt in hand, and was informed by the manager that wine and beer purchases are not exchangeable, due to their perishable nature. I totally understand, and agree with, the policy. I take issue with the misrepresentation by the sales attendant. I know that my relative did not intend on spending $100 of his hard earned money on gifting me with wine that is not to my taste.
