Came here for tequila gift and eggnog for family dinner. Lots of choices. Clean and organized. There was this lady sampler for Woodford reserve which my bf ended up buying but from the counter. I asked her if she gives samples and she said no. And my bff also passed by her and did not offer him. She offered to some clients though which blew me away. I got the reposado tequila for my friend’s bday gift and whatever we needed since we were in a rush. NO military discount. This location is just a convenient place but customer service is so so.

They have the widest selection of beers. I only like Porters and Stouts. They have several options.

Was using my phone to zoom in on labels on the top shelf behind the counter. I was was about to request to purchase a higher end bottle when the employee began to give me attitude about “taking photos”, when i informed him i was simply using the zoom he replied “i don't care, don't do it” further proof of why Twins has a reputation in austin area of having the rudest staff and this guy upheld that standard.

I was intrigued with the abundance of choices . I DO NOT LIKE TO DRINK , NEVER HAVE !!! Liquor tends to make SOME PEOPLE TEMPORALLY LOSE THEIR MINDS ! And it also can alter people’s
Personality AND SOME GET RUDE AND NON-COGNIZANT OF WHAT THEY SAY
OR DO !!! And so many attributes that can be considered RUDE AND Inappropriate REMARKS ARE MADE UNDER THE INFLUENCE! “SO I DO NOT ENJOY”
THE NEGATIVE ASPECT of HUMANS THAT CAN NOT HANDLE THEMSELVES AS MANY OF YOU MAY BE AWARE !
So I could only hope that people know when to say when or stop or refuse to drive thinking that their skills of driving get better the more liquor they ingest! But the location is a wonderful location and I would go there again out of necessity cause like I said, I don’t like drinking and some people can’t hold their liquor or their mind once they’re on Their route to poor decisions!

I've shopped at twin Liquor for over 30 years. I've never been treated so poorly! Andrew was Rude and Argumented. Lacked commonsense! I will never shop at this location again!!!

I hate to leave a bad review for the ONE jerk employee I encountered today but here I am. He knows what he did and I won’t be returning. Total wine right down the street has a better selection at a cheaper price anyway. ✌?
