The worker with ginger/red hair was very kind with assisting us in finding the specific liqueurs we needed! Didn’t catch her name but she was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Would not let us enter the store even with a valid id, the person at the entrance was rude and abrasive even after showing a valid id

This location is bigger than the one i normally go to. They have so much more i was impressed. Got everything i needed. Staff was helpful in finding the right items. Great place.

I recently helped a local philanthropy host a donor-recognition event at Twin Liquors on Burnet Road. I wish I could give them TEN stars as their staff was incredible to work with. Smart, generous, flexible and so accommodating, with major gratitude to Christopher, who did the majority of the planning and execution, and Jeanette, who was gracious and kind from start to finish. These professionals went out of their way to make our guests feel like family. Twin Liquors is a stronghold in the Austin community because of employees like this, and I will shout from the rooftops what an exceptional locally-owned business they are!

This past Saturday I asked a friend who was going to Twin Liquors to pick up a good quality sherry for me to use in a wild rice casserole recipe. He made the mistake of trusting the staff to recommend one and purchased Osborne sherry for $9.99. Later went to Total Wine and More and bought Lustau sherry which is excellent, planning to return the Osborne on Monday. Went back to Twin Liquors on Monday and the manager refused to take back the Osborne. He said Twin Liquors store policy is they do not take returns on wine because it is "perishable". It had only been two days and the weather has been in the 40's-60's so this was a ridiculous excuse. It would have been so easy for him to be reasonable about it but instead he lost not one but two customers.

After 13 years of shopping here I've called it quits! Spends tens of thousands in here but still can't get an allocated bourbon. The girls manning the counter treat you like complete trash and are so disturbed if you asked for allocates bourbon. They only sell to their degenerate friends! I shouldnt have to beg for beg for a good bottle with all the money I've spent in here. Debs liquor has been treating me right and I've never shopped there, yet have gotten four allocated bourbons in two months, compared to two bottles at TL in over a decade
