Greg Hart is THE MAN!!!!! He saved me today. I have a very old car that I had towed to an auto shop but the alarm kept them from even being able to even diagnose the problem. In steps Greg. He drove to the mechanic and disabled my alarm. He wouldn't even take payment. Man if there were more Greg's and TXR Car Audio shops in the world it would be a much kinder nicer place. THANK YOU Greg!!!!!!

I found this shop on a whim through Google, and I’m so glad I did! I spoke with Greg, who let me know I could come in right away to have a front and rear dash camera installed on my 2026 Honda CR-V. He was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. The pricing was also very reasonable — he quoted me $125–$150 for the install— total was $160 (no hardwiring), compared to Pro Car Audio down the street, which quoted $280 for the same service. The service was quick & efficient. I’m highly satisfied & I will come back for other needs.

I had a very bad experience with the person who serves, I went twice and he treated me like garbage, my personal experience at this place is that I do not recommend it, I do not understand why he treats me as if he does not care about the customer, personally I will not return, I hope he changes his attitude towards the customers, regardless of race or economic status, he is being paid for his service and he has to do his job well, from the service to how he treats the customer,

I cannot say enough how awesome these guys are (Craig- you Rock!). I had gone to Custom Sound that not only lied to me about being able to replace 1 speaker in my drivers side door that is custom made by Bose for my make and model of car ( they said it was Impossible ) but that I also needed to buy not only 2 door speakers made by a different manufacturer but also replace my entire system of perfectly good speakers for the price of $800+ with a charge of $100 to “look at it” and $150 to work on my car. TXR/Craig not only helped me find a brand new Bose speaker, out of the goodness of his heart that cost $130 but only charged me $40 to install it. Class act!

I was gifted a premium front and rear dash cam set up, but didn’t have the guts to put it in my truck as it was a special model and kind of finicky. The owner helped me understand what was involved and was able to install it the same day I visited. The workmanship was top-notch. Not a cable showing, not a fingerprint anywhere, everything was done expertly. I will also say that the owner is one of the hardest working people have ever seen. Constant motion, but very deliberate and efficient.

If you value good prices, quick service, and easy going customer service then TXR is your place. Replaced my car door speakers at TXR with Greg’s help. He had the best price in the area and charged me half of what another store offered me. He was also able to get me in immediately and I didn’t have to wait for an appointment. He was easy going and humble, and showed me the old speakers and explained to me what was wrong with them. I highly recommend TXR for car speaker replacement.

Had issues with my install from the beginning. The subs would randomly stop playing and start again on their own. Brought it in and the tech told me I had to make them quit working on the spot before he would look at what may be wrong.
Called to have them look at it now that my subs have quit working altogether and the only day I can come in because I work during the week, and they are going to be out of town.
Not reliable. Do not honor their work. I advise to go to a more reliable company.

Got a stereo installed for my daughters car. I also requested for the back up camera to be replaced but Greg advised against it. The display on the new stereo had a much improved image as he suggested. I definitely appreciate the honesty and quick installation.

Greg, the owner, is so nice and helpful. He helped replace my front speakers in my car that were old and busted. He fixed them in less than an hour and for an amazing price!! I felt confident going into his service after talking with him on the phone days before where he answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend. My speakers are amazing and I am so happy with the outcome.

Greg is a straight shooter. He answered all my questions concisely and gave a fair price. TXR hooked up a new dash cam, and some LED lights, and tinted my windows. The wire runs are clean, the windows look great, and the work was done quickly. I would recommend TXR Custom Car Audio and will use them again.
