I can’t even with the staff. Openly talking about how they didn’t want to do their job. The most unhelpful when I was returning the rental.
Asking me “what size” repeatedly. I don’t know what sizes u hauls come in off the top of my head.
These people are so annoying. I get that you hate your job but don’t make the customers hate your job too.

I gifted my son a Uhaual and movers for Christmas; although I’m not located in his area his U-Haul pick up and the movers were on time and professional

Truck experience was overall good but customer service in this particular location is terrible. They were rude and not helpful. We've received help and nice welcome in other location.

Reserved the truck online and everything was very smooth. The truck was clean inside and outside. Staff was very patient and friendly and treated all customers with respect. Dyonise served us and we were very pleased with the service. This was a better experience than the other uhaul place we used just a month prior.

They charged me $65 for fuel service when I had gone out of my way to fill up the vehicle before returning the truck I rented.
Don't rent from here.

U-haul app is worthless and desk agents weren’t super helpful but the truck itself was great and Marlon who checked in my return was a rare employee who gets their job done with a great attitude.

I was quoted a price with insurance added, without anyone telling me a thing about it. I had to ask about the significantly increased charge and was met with “well you could go without, but *shoulder shrug*”. Then was told to watch a YouTube video on how to LOAD MY CAR ONTO THE HAULER. That seems a bit ridiculous. Your employees don’t even have the proper training to help. Maybe more than a bit ridiculous.

I reserved online, everything went very smoothly day of and I was out and on the road quickly. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I had to update my drop off time and it was no hassle online. Received my receipt quickly after drop off and all charges were accurate. Efficient, helpful, I would use again.

I put 6 gallons of gas for 31 miles in a truck. It was supposed to be full when I pick up but apparently it was not. No help at all when I returned the truck

TERRIBLE experience. They cancelled my reservation without even contacting me. I showed up and they said my reservation was at a different location 10 mins up the road. I Uber to that location and they don't have a reservation for me at all. Fortunately, someone there actually decided to help me and made me a reservation at ANOTHER U-Haul. Because of the cancellation, it made me forget about the dollies I needed and they made zero effort to resolve the situation.
